I have three problems with the car- fuel leaking- doesn’t run well (stutters and loss of power) also car will randomly just die when driving, and won’t start up again. After diagnoses, they recommended a new carb, my distributor wiring was not correct so they fixed it and solve all running problems. This shop is reliable.

Their prices are the best in the Southern New Jersey for infinity service jobs. There is no job that Chris has not done. I went from dealer prices to their prices and have never looked back. He keeps the old replaced parts if you want to see them and he always presents old parts to me. On my first service for major motor mount issues and other service the dealer wanted thousands of dollars. Desi saved me tons$ Need I say more?:)) Bob

Go in with confidence! When I picked up the car. He went back over all the details on my bill, and all the jobs that had been done and showed me my old parts. Then he let me know the other things he had noticed and what to expect. "Your brakes are fine, only about 45% worn, so you'll get a lot of use from them, your transmission is great, you have a new timing belt. You shouldn't have any trouble with it for a long time. I did notice a very minor leak in your left CV joint, so it's not urgent, but I'd get that replaced in about six months . Maybe when you bring it in for an oil change, let me know and we will have the part waiting and can do it at the same time. All in all, the car is in good shape." My car is 7 years old with 89,000 miles on it. She has a lot of miles left on her, and Desi Auto Care will be her mechanic!

Because of great service they're always booked, so you must make an appointment in advance. Some might see this as a bad thing, but if you're looking for a quality BMW shop, this is definitely a good idea.

Drew replaced the water pump in my Mercedes GLA250. I found him to be very honest/up front. His communication was great and always got back to me in a timely manner. But the great service didn't stop there. When I went to pick up my Benz, he took about 30 minutes to explain the job he did and give me tips on what to watch out for with my Benz. In summary, my experience - I would definitely recommend.

The phone call came back that it was the master, but also they caught I knew that my serpentine belt was almost broken. turns out that I had a bad Tensioner pulley. My Mini Cooper having over 168K miles I was not surprised. the job was done promptly and professionally. Also when i got it back MINI it was very clean and running better than ever.

Katelyn is on top of communication with customers via phone and email and that is helpful when needing to make decisions about priorities. When I picked up my car after the work was complete . Sam went through a list of things that will likely come up with the Land Rover LR3 in the future, especially given its too many mileages. Although he recommended trying to find a mechanic that is closer to where I live in the Bordentown (about 35 miles away) it's worth it to me bring my car to Desi Auto cAre.

From regular maintenance (oil-filter change, brake pads-rotors, fluids etc) to more complicated repairs (Clutch replacement, transmission-engine etc...) He always explains details of my British cars and why it needed the repair. If it's not necessary, Sam will let you know that as well. I've been here few times (between my Land Rover and Jaguar) and it always amazes me how these folks run such a tight ship with no drop off. "A+" on all levels!

It was needed to fix a passenger side Xenon head bulb that was more than just a bulb issue. They fixed it on time. The price was fair including replacement of controller unit. Drew and his guys were courteous, informative and honest. I recommend them for any Bimmer works. (Mine is '13 with 82K miles)
