Roughly a week 1/2 ago I went to Desi to have my 2010 Audi A4 Quatro serviced for what I believed to have been a failing oil pump. Turns out after the diagnostics were completed it was really just the oil pressure sensor that had the problem. In 3 days Desi performed a OPS replacement, oil change, and the diagnostic for a very comparable price. After recieving my car back, It now runs better then it did when I purhased it from the dealer. They even used a paper floor mat for courtesy so they didn't dirty the rugs. I was very very impressed and satisfied with the service and expertise, the kind receptionists topped it off. Very much recommend this shop for anyone looking to have service performed on higher end european vehicles. Great expertise, and quality of work.

Desi Auto Care delivered exceptional service for my Jaguar. I had a suspension issue that had been causing concern, but they diagnosed and repaired it quickly. The alternator in my 2009 Audi A4 died, plus the car needed the front struts, bump stops, and front wheel bearings replaced. I already had all the parts I needed, so Desi Auto was able to knock out these repairs for me. My appointment was on Friday, and they called me first thing Saturday morning to come pick up the car. Now, I put a lot of effort and money into my custom A4, so when I do let others work on it, I'm pretty particular about who I choose. And all I can say is I HIGHLY recommend Desi Auto.

Very reasonable prices. People there are great they send you text messages on everything they do so you approve it or not got my car fixed twice. I recommend it for all.

I normally don't take the time to write reviews.....but feeling the need to do so here. Took my 2018 Audi Q5 to the dealership because of a check engine light that was appearing. After doing diagnostics, the dealer came back with a quote that was out of the ballpark. They claimed there were several issues with the vehicle. I decided to get a second opinion and took the vehicle to Desi Auto Care. After they looked at the car, they only identified one issue........and the quote was significantly less. They also made me feel comfortable that there was nothing else to worry about. What also impressed me was the communication that came my way explaining exactly what issue was. They now have a customer for life!!!!
