I was referred by my supervisor to go here for repair. My Saab 9-3 groans when I turn the steering wheel. It sounds like two pieces of rubber being mashed together and sometimes completely stuck. I thought that maybe it was low fluid level in the steering pump, but it's full of fluid. After diagnose they told me, I need to replace the power steering pump and may be the rack and pinion. also he will replace both pressure and return of the steering hoses at the same time (He smiles and says: It's a cheap insurance for the steering system!!) I must say it was great from start to finish. Rachael's customer service was outstanding. They were clear about the work needed with my car and the amount of time to fix it. My kids loved all the free candy, sodas and snacks they offer.

There is a squeal in a drive train at speed of 30-40 mph when I accelerate my Jaguar F-Type. As I drive on highway car warms up and squeal stops but has been getting worse over the last 3 weeks. Thinking the worst expenses is coming up. I could not get an appointment sooner, bcoz they were booked for next 15 days. But once my car was in shop they were very informative. Ryan said it's a common problem with the X-type and many have replaced their entire Prop shaft as a result of the Center Support bearing failing. He let me come in garage to see. He injected grease at these notches on the back side in the rubber seal where it meets the metal bearing casing. By using this simple trick, he saves me from big expense. (I know nothing about cars; he could have easily cheated on me)

The warranty on my JAGUAR expired in April and all of the sudden a brake light came on. well, just as if it were magic, I got a coupon from Desi Auto Care, which prompted me to schedule an oil change there and have the brakes checked. Bottom line, I was blown away. Sam, Ryan, etc were amazing. They were honest and said the brakes were ok. they fixed the light issue and (GET THIS) added all fluids, added air to the tires...ALL for an Oil Change! In short, I now have a post-warranty place I can trust. Friendly folks, local place, and I'm a happy camper!

When I went to VW dealer, they find a number of "new issues" that could only be solved with expensive repair only. My 2nd opinion at Desi Auto Care was professional every step of the way! Ryan quickly diagnoses the problem on my Volkswagen Tiguan and Rachael called me with an estimate. The estimate was for exactly what was wrong with my car (needed to replace water pump), the repair was completed correctly in same day and I was back behind the wheel. I was very pleased with how straight-to-the-point he was, and how I was charged for exactly what I brought the car in for. The car was returned clean!

I use Desi Auto Care for all my Mini Cooper work. This time it was my Heat. I had misunderstood the estimate and was questioning the bill. Sam overheard me and came out of his office to ask what the issue was. It was a minor misunderstanding in my side, but Sam quickly cleared my misunderstanding. Sure! My Heat now blows warm and I go to my work comfortably. It was 18 degrees and a crowded shop and they still got me out in 75 minutes. All repairs comes with a 2 years/24,000 Miles warranty including Parts & labor. WOW!!

According to BMW specialist Ryan, engine coolant leak was developing from the expansion tank resulting in engine overheating. Overheating can cause severe engine damage. Because of cooling system component fails, he inspected the entire cooling system. I know it's not uncommon to find additional component have failed or are leaking. He was honest and told me there was no additional leak or failure. Cheap prices and car was back to me on time as promised.

First time taking my XF Jaguar to a non-dealer specialist shop for repair and so far so good. Andrew was great to deal with and got my car back to me next day. i appreciate the ride they provided back to my home. Very cool place, and never felt like I was oversold anything. It was a lunch time, they treat me pizza too! I appreciate. Recommended

BMW dealer sold me used 143,000 miles "AS IS" The suspension was rough and grinding from underneath the car, when I turn left, and at 35 miles speed. I return to the dealer and they couldn't make a diagnosis, so service advisor told me the driving is "fine" and the noise is "normal operating variant noise". From the advice of my uncle, I took the car to Drew. He told me the tires were a bad choice for an M5 and the noise was coming from the differential. There was apparently a BMW bulletin about the differential fluid that the dealer missed it. He changed the tires to Continental and changed the differential fluid with Red Line and miracle! The noise is gone and the riding is smooth like a silk. Drew is very brilliant and honest to a fault.

I took my Land Rover-Discovery to them and found a parking lot filled with German-European cars. Andrew educates me about the problems with my car, Leaking head gaskets cause low coolant level can be by failed cylinder liners. He rescued me from a major expense and I appreciate with my heart. Don't take your car to dealer until you use these guys, they are half the price and expert LR specialist in South Jersey.
