decade old car into auto care two times for some repair job, and i have to say i never had such a positive experience with a repair shop. Their prices are extremely reasonable, and they do excellent work. My volvo xc 60 had a problem with second gear on transmission, the dealership wanted me to replace the whole transmission (approx 6-7k) but desi's realized it was a common problem and not a difficult fix for their technician.

I spent nearly $4k at Porsche Dealer trying to fix a check engine light before an emissions test due at the end of month. After four trips to the dealership and being told this part...or sensor...or fuel pump...or air oil separator...needed to be replaced the dealer still couldn't fix the check engine light. This place is Great! I brought in my 2006 Audi A3 to replace my timing belt and now I have my car for another 100,000 miles thanks to them. They even caught a mistake the another shop had made on my car that I did not realize happened and they fixed it with ease. I will continue to bring my car here and no where else!

Dealer told me both manifolds were cracked and cost to repair was going to be $2800!!! My nephew referred me to Desi auto - The Infiniti Guys! Andrew told me that this was very common in the QX line of vehicles because they're made from stainless steel and not from cast iron and the steel does not hold up to the constant heating and cooling they experience. He offer me very fair price and impressed me with knowledgeable answer - I approved the job. I also replaced a Sensor and EGR valve. Infiniti company should do the right thing and own up to a manufacturing defect and fix this problem out of their pocket.

The Audi's are expensive to maintain, so i always dread taking the Audi in for service. A clutch, ouch! Okay, these folks were more affordable than most. Well after driving the car for a month, it started to misfire. I had my son call desi auto care to see if it might be related to the repairs. Rather than setting up an appointment, they told my son to come in at closing time. They diagnosed a bad coil ( Which was definitely NOT related to repair) The coil was replaced and the car was returned at no charge after hours. What!!?? Nobody does that. Desi Auto Repair has earned my trust, respect and repeat business. really nice job guys....

I had actually planned to stop in to schedule my '03 AUDI cigarette lighter to be repaired. Spoke with Shawn about not getting power and he suggested i leave the car for an hour. I was little apprehensive to do this fearing a return to a $500 bill, but i'm glad i did. Not only did Shawn fix the lighter but he also adjusted my washer jets. When i asked for the bill Shawn just said "NO CHARGE" I have to say that i have owned many German cars over the years and even sold BMW's for 7 years. In this period I have never been comped with anything. These guys are a rare breed because they not only care about customers but have knowledge that in my opinion exceeds the dealer level. They even stock SWEPCO Lubricants which are by far the best for any German cars. A++ for DESI

Took my car to a Jaguar dealer center and they quoted me $5300 in repairs to replace computer modules etc....(Long list...) When I bring my Jaguar to DESI auto they were able to clean a sensor and fix the problem for $40. Not a fancy place like a dealer but team of smart mechanics.

Here is good news! The friendly folks at Desi Auto Care are here to ease your anxiety. My only car BMW broke down on sunday, when they were closed. Sweet girl Rachael returned my phone call 8am Monday to confirm , they could do work THAT DAY. When I drove my ailing BMW into garage, I walked in on a conversation between the head mechanic and older woman getting ready to drive to her home in Philadelphia in her just repaired Mercedes-Benz. From the conversation, I gleaned two things: First, this woman loved them. Second, the head mechanic was a respectful man. I left my car there, and before noon they'd called me with a full breakdown of all that they'd found, what it would cost me and a promise they could be done by 7pm same day. It was fast, friendly and efficient experience . Can I get an amen?
