Dylan was great in diagnosing and fixing a persistent rough idling issue with my Volkswagen Jetta GLI that other mechanics struggled with. After a recent manifold job elsewhere, my car was still misfiring and showing lean codes. He correctly identified the core problem as a faulty PCV (crankcase vent) valve, which was leaking air. They efficiently removed and replaced the PCV valve/oil separator and the associated engine crankcase breather hose. Car is running much smoother now, and they are following up to re-diagnose after the fix. Their targeted VW expertise saved me a lot of hassle.

To address multiple complex issues with my 2017 LR Rover Sport Supercharged. I brought it in for a check engine light, brake inspection, and tire rotation. Check engine light issue on my '19 Mercedes GLC300. My 4Matic was stalling when stopped, which they quickly diagnosed as a faulty engine coolant thermostat.
