One word....WOW!! Sean personally inspected my 2014 BMW and told me "I only see your rear brakes need to be changed, you don't even need to do it right now. Other than that you got a really good car." This is the definition of shop-honesty.

So many European shop try to take advantage of you. But at Desi Auto Care they were so kind, informative and honest. I thought i needed a serpentine belt for my Volvo but ended up needing a new alternator. Sam gave me options and fixed it so well. I live in King of Prussia but will definitely travel to Desi whenever I need Volvo work done. They're great!!! Recommended

Had rotors and brake pads done on my Acura MDX (Rotors damaged thanks to dealer job) Eventually when Desi Auto Care fixed it, saved me nice chunk of money. This is the type of shop I would send my wife or mother to and not worry about them being taken advantage of. I usually have all my work done at dealer. Not anymore. Sam and his crew knows how to keep my Acura in good shape.

I was hesitant to come here at first. I've had so many bad experiences at auto shops. Being a young female makes you a prime target for up-selling vultures that have no regard for you but only your pockets. Shawn seems really honest. I went to BMW Mt. Laurel and they wanted to charge me $317 to change my front brake pads only. As a 2nd opinion Shawn's price was reasonable and he don't try and hammer you with things you need to get done. Will be coming back 100%

Diana got me in on a short notice (before an unexpected weekend travel) Drew provided great advice on a Volkswagen repair that was quite reasonable. Super!

Very professional and treat you like a human being. The car was fixed at a lower price point than quoted by a native dealership.

It was good first impression. On another day, my wifey was walking by with my Lili to take her around. Actually, we just moved here from NY so not familiar with surroundings. She just saw bunch of high-end cars in DESI garage and thought of just give it a shot. Really impressed with their service.

I found the staff to be extremely helpful. They explained what was wrong in a very clear and detailed manner and I really am grateful for their service.

It's hard to find a certified European auto repair shop. If you own a European vehicle you already know the hassle we go through when it comes to repair/maintenance. I never thought I could trust auto mechanics again after being ripped off by the Audi dealer but I'm glad that I found Desi last year. They always put their customers' interest first.
