Unbelievable Service and Experience. I wanted to let anyone that is having car issues know that DESI AUTO CARE is the best place to go for any car problem simple or complicated. It's located by Stratford, NJ by Somerdale on the white horse pike. First and foremost the place is clean, it has a lounge area with seating and free food and refreshments, but besides that; all the mechanics are certified, and have great knowledge about all cars. The owner Sam is really respectable and will go far and beyond to help you out, and Shawn who is in the front as the service writer and a mechanic will tell you exactly what is wrong with your car. One thing I loved was they told me exactly what was wrong with my car and did not add on a list of other expenses which I did not need like other car shops do. I got a new starter and breaks done, and I checked with almost every car shop you can think of and got outrages quotes, but once I went to Desi Auto Care they were extremely cheaper and they only use new parts. I saved so much money going here, they give you a 2 year warranty, or up to a certain amount of miles to give you a peace of mind. I even started going there for my oil changes as well. It is a place you can trust, feel comfortable and all the mechanics have great knowledge. I am so grateful I found this place. I encourage everyone with a car issue to go their. They are the best in South Jersey.

We took our car to Desi-Audi Repair shop. One of the pulleys on my Audi broke & caused the serpentine belt to brake too. Got my car back within 4.5 hrs. They got the parts, fixed the car, changed the oil and fixed small hose leak. Four other Audi was in parking lot for repair, that's a good sign.

Desi Auto Care- Has been the best thing that happened to me! and for the love of my cars! BMW X5 4.8i and the Chrysler Concorde! Sam own's this enterprise and he deserves due respect for 1. Understanding the customer perspective. 2. Provide complete and thorough information from the Chief Mechanic to the customer (Transparent) 3. Go beyond and above with the customer expectation. Now all that said: A Big thumbs up for the Man behind the brilliance (Shawn McShea, Chief Mechanic/ Architect, I must say) he has complete end to end understanding of whats in a car! (especially the BMW & the European cars) . He really knows how to connect the dots to get to the root problem. Shawn clearly explains and knows what to fix by priority, Also lets you know if its worth your buck for the fix (investment) you are spending on the repair. Clearly I have a Lot of confidence in the work done on my car for a ton of Money I saved from going to the dealer. I surely know, Shawn has spent at least double the time I have been billed for the 1 thing that I had to go back to fix, which was not part of the initial problem. I think Sam, Shawn, Drew & Rachel do a great job! BMW, now drives like one!

Great service! The mechanic was very knowledgeable and addressed all my concerns! Highly recommended!!! And they have some great snacks in the waiting room :)

Took my Mercedes here to have the driver side window and sunroof repaired (Neither would open) Even better is the fact that they were able to repair my sunroof which had been out of commission for a couple of years now. i had Mercedes Benz dealer look at that problem before and they said it was completely "shot" and would cost $5,000 to replace! So, i gave up. But since i had my car in at Desi Auto Care already, I though I'd have them check it out anyway to get 2nd opinion and validate the dealer's diagnosis that it's indeed a goner. Day later i got call from Sean saying they've fixed the sunroof! I choked thinking that I was on the hook for $5,000 But he added that it was just matter of "Re-aligning the rails, lubing it, etc..." To me, that says they cared enough to really look into it and be creative about fixing it - all for only $145 !! Also, they were very accommodating about storing my Benz for a week since i was on biz trip and couldn't pick up my car right away after it was fixed.

I just went to D-E-S-I auto care for my first time. The jaguar dealer was suggesting approximately $8k repairs including: 1) Rotors 2) Brakes 3) Transmission line 4) Air Suspension 5) Control arms D-E-S-I suggested: 1) Rotors 2) Brakes 3) Tires (need to change within about 5k miles) I spent enough time the guys in the shop and BS'd with them. They were extremely knowledgeable of JAGUAR and professional. Big thanks for saving me thousand$ for my family vacation. Jared - (from Philadelphia)

I saw Desi Auto Care "Mercedes Specialist" sign when I was passing by and decided to my ML-63 to them. Shawn diagnosed the problem within minutes, changed the order of the coils {which were the problem} and did not charge me any money. A month later the problem re-occurred. I made an appointment and get all coils replaced. His prices are reasonable and his independent shop is stellar! Soon I'll be moving to 45 miles away, but I will still be bringing my Benz to Desi Auto Care. He is a technician with common sense!

The owner of Desi Auto Care Mr. Sam is great person. I went that area from NYC, was my business trip . My car had front break broken, that made me really nervous because that area is totally unknown to me. I found him in google and called him, visited him in lunch break, he took great care of my car within reasonable price. Desi auto is very busy place but Sam will take care of your problem within few hours. He is very flexible & has great sense of customer service. Everyone works there is nice and pleasant.

Firstly, Thanks all of you at- Dedicated European Specialists Inc. (AKA- DESI Auto Care) My Baby- 2001 BMW X5 4.4i Repair done- Engine oil leak..... As someone who's ignorant about car repair knowledge, its crucial that I have someone I can trust. As a single-income school teacher, its imperative I have someone who WON'T take advantage of my ignorance. Sean become my mechanic when my car savvy ex-husband found him. the husband didn't make the cut for long haul, but Sean? He's a keeper!

"Very Thankful For Desi Auto". My 07 BMW's Engine sounded terrible and there were smoke coming Out Of It. I took it to couple places to compare the price and at last I went to Desi Auto. After diagnosing the problem they gave me a free estimate and offered me options and advise. Sam ( the owner) was very generous in allowing me time. After comparing the price I realized they were charging me at least 40% less then the other 3 places I went to. So I made my decision right away and gave my baby to them. They did an excellent job and my car runs great.
