Stratford Auto Repair

So far I have had pretty positive experiences with this shop. I currently have my vehicle in and initial a part was ordered incorrectly and caused a delay in the time it would be ready. But they are very prompt at giving initial diagnostic quotes. I am usually in and out within 30min.

This shop is conveniently located near a grocery store that I often visit. I have definitely recommended it to friends.

They are wonderful there! I Feel like they are honest. I particularly like the waiting room there.

I really trust this company, which is hard to do at times with cars! (since i know nothing about them) They made me feel right at home, making sure I understood what they were fixing on my car, and comfortable with it. Desi auto care was affordable as well! Even offering refreshments while you wait for an oil change. Definitely a great experience, and I will be returning.

I had issues with my vehicle for several months. Once bringing it into this shop I have yet to see those issues re-surface. They were very nice as well.
