Ahh I'm thankful to deal auto care. I was the owner of fine BMWCi. Andrew managed to keep it running for 3 more years. He is always very accommodating and explained why he had to do this repair. So long BMW -Just lost in freak accident. but I will always remember the friendly mechanics.

The brake sensor went off on my Mercedes-Benz GLA 4Matic on a Friday, and the rotors where too rusted and needed replacement as well. Sam offered to get the parts in on same day & fix my car and have it ready on Saturday, so I wouldn't have to miss work. His employee dropped me back off at my house. The rotors ended up being different for my car, and more money for the parts, but Sam honored the quoted price he first gave me (which was very low). Highly recommend for integrity, workmanship, and customer service.

You can trust these DESI guys!. Andrew, Shawn and other technicians are really handful and knowledgeable. Rachael is really good at customer service. I had to drop off my Audi, she arranged me a ride to back home Cherry hill. I was facing leaking problem in my Audi, visited dealership couple of times, but just was costing me too much, finally found DESI AUTO CARE on google search, ' Audi repairs around 25 miles', I owe a big time to Sam and his guys.

These guys are really doing great. Shawn provides top notch service and guidance to the customer about their car issues. I have recently repaired my Audi and my wife's Acura in here, they were very much cheaper than the dealership.

Ryan and folks are great. I used them back in 2016 (on my '84 318i) when I lived in Cherry Hill. I was back to Cherry Hill visiting my family in my '02 Volkswagen EuroVan and had some burning/smoke problems with my van. I arrived and Ryan had fix the problem in 4 hours and I was back on the road. I went back for additional service later in the week.

My MINI Cooper-Roadster can't shift into any gear, doesn't matter if engine is running or not, It's a 2012 model and I did not drive for 9 months. Brought it to Shawn, he try pumping the clutch rapidly few times then try to shift and he started his diagnostics in details. Job was done within two days, also I give him a job to replace driver side axle too. He genuinely wants to get you back on the road safe and smiling. Start to finish-POSITIVE EXPERIENCE!!

We've taken our Imported Cars (Mini Cooper and Volkswagen) to Desi for many years and have always been satisfied. Shaun is very understanding of confused customers and will not pressure you to have work done that could wait a while. he even did a "Engine warning sign" check of a friend's BMW as they were passing through NJ for free - Told them they would make it home in Boston just fine and can have the work done in Boston. He is why our Mini Cooper hardtop is still driving like when I bought it at $55,000 miles. Highly recommended + he offers 2 years warranty on all jobs.
