Chris recently performed a full brake job (rotors, pads, sensors) on my MINI Cooper 2014. He provided excellent value compared to dealership and the brake system is performing as expected. He seems to be an honorable person.

I took my Mercedes Benz for check engine light due to an engine misfire. Andrew has done a super fine job. Saved me a bundle. Front desk Leslie was very friendly and offered me a ride to the train station. Next week my 2nd car is coming here for transmission work. Good people to do business with.

Made an appointment to have my BMW 328i looked at for strange noise under the engine and it was repaired that same day (also replaced new water pump) - parts came in while we waited. Office manager Rachel and technicians are extremely accommodating. '07 Land Rover got checked out because a few days before it had started lightly rumbling. By the time I took it in it sounded like a revved up race car. Chris physically show me what was wrong with my LR and which parts he is ordering. He saved me at least 60%

Took my BMW Roadster Convertible first time for Engine leak an ordor issue. Was greeted by Leslie -was extremely nice and professional and took care of me quickly. After squeezing me an appointment the same day. Shawn got my car inspected and an assessment. Prices were reasonable and fair and he was both capable and personable. As I was waiting I even heard Shawn discussing BMW training for their mechanics. Coming from a job where continual training is imperative to maintaining your BMW skills, this was a great conversation to overhear. Will definitely be back.

Ryan at Desi Auto Care really helped me out on last Friday going out of his way to fix my BMW X5 E53 air suspension problem (Self-Level Suspension, BMW is sitting lower than average) the day before leaving for a 800 mile road trip. Every time I have dealt with them they have been honest and no nonsense. They will be getting a lot more of my business.

As a young woman it's refreshing to go to a shop that doesn't try to rip me off. I appreciate that. I continue to bring my Mini Cooper JCW here for anything it needs! Overall an A+++ experience.

We had a leak in power steering. Chris at Desi Auto Care took 2.5 hours to repair it. It's been 4 weeks and I haven't had any issues at all with the steering losing fluid. The shop bays are super clean. We plan to use them again.

Fair prices! Clutch and alternator wasn't working properly and found this nearby Desi Auto Care on White Horse Pike, so we'll call it a happy accident. Family owned and operated: I've never seen a German repair shop more transparent about cost and markup. Sean followed me to my car (next parking lot) and charged the battery so I could pull in. Fair price and he is extremely knowledgeable about MINI Cooper JCW. He said you're fine; you don't need new alternator, but need battery instead. And finish Clutch job next day. I highly recommend Sean.
