These good technicians help me about suddenly acquired problem off my BMW 5-Series losing its left and right turn signals as well as it's hazard lights. I phoned the receptionist who was able to give me timely appointment. I realize that not every bit of German Auto Repair can be done quickly, but my point in writing this critique is that the way this team interacted with me was so clear and direct, about the Signal Blinker Relay gets cracks in its solder connections. If I ever had trouble again with my BMW am high-tailing it directly to Desi Auto Care.

Not only did Desi Auto Care in Stratford replace the wrong oil pan plug (installed by my previous mechanic) with the correct one, they re-threaded the pain and lined it so it wouldn't corrode/leak/crack, or cause any other problems. Thank heavens! They also diagnosed complicated electrical problem ( I was avoiding from long time) you get an honest assessment of your BMW's needs. They will learn my repeat business!

My 4 year old Volvo started a brake pad warning. They completed brake job. Also give cool tips for future preventative maintenance. I'm certain with their help my XC60 will give me years of service

After heavy rain when water started leaking into my Audi Quattro 1.8T on the driver side. So, I called Rachael at Desi, she gave me an appointment for Friday. Andrew invited me in to repair Bay and poured water onto the windshield, so I can see where the leak is coming from. He showed me wiring on driver side was fried becoz of leak and need to replace the wiring from the ECM under the floor to the main box in the engine compartment. The plastic box that the PCM sits in was not sealed and has a wide gaping hole. He removed the whole box from the car and put a rubber silicone seal to keep the water from draining into driver side and install the box into place. Recommended

I recently began experiencing some intermittent issues with my SAAB. I stopped by his shop in the morning and spoke with Shawn about the issues I had observed. We then made an appointment to bring the car in Tuesday. Since the issues with the car were so intermittent, I hoped the car would exhibit the problems to Shawn while he had the vehicle in his bay. He found several vacuum lines that were compromised and could very well cause the problems I had described. It's been a month since that time and the car is running beautiful. All the problems I had with the car have been rectified.

Took my SAAB 9-5 here to fix several issues that it was having. I dropped my car off and at afternoon I got the call and they had diagnosed all the issues and took the time to explain what they found and the options available to fix it. The estimate was very fair. Had them do the work and with luck on my side, it came out to the lower estimate and within the time they estimated. Nice to find an honest clean shop that know their Swedish car repair stuff. My car is happily running on the road once more. Till the next time, thanks Desi!

These mechanics saved my job interview and I'm thankful. On my way too Voorhees Township, my Volkswagen Jetta SportWagen started driving very erratically. Desi Auto Care mechanic checked my car. He diagnosed the problem within 10 Min. It was a bad coil. $67 later, I was back on the road soon. They're masters of their VW-craft. I will always remember them to get me out of a situation right away.

When I hear dull sound like pieces of metal striking together in rear end. I brought my one and only car to Desi Auto Care. Michael's work consciencetiousness to find the problem and when he found out it was the rear differential, he found me a good price on parts and installed it professionally and now my car runs great. I appreciate Michael and helping me get the job done right and on time. I'll not take my BMW to anywhere else.

My Bimmer needed so much work to be done. List: Ball joints, oil valve, timing belt, hoses, brake pads-rotors and more. Sam and Shaun were so friendly; Rachael even drops me to my work place in Somerdale. The price was almost a third of what I was given estimates at two other BMW mechanics, and he took the time to educate my dumb questions on what I need to do for future maintenance. This work quality and customer satisfaction can't be beat in South Jersey.
