These guys are really doing great. Shawn provides top notch service and guidance to the customer about their car issues. I have recently repaired my Audi and my wife's Acura in here, they were very much cheaper than the dealership.

Ryan and folks are great. I used them back in 2016 (on my '84 318i) when I lived in Cherry Hill. I was back to Cherry Hill visiting my family in my '02 Volkswagen EuroVan and had some burning/smoke problems with my van. I arrived and Ryan had fix the problem in 4 hours and I was back on the road. I went back for additional service later in the week.

My MINI Cooper-Roadster can't shift into any gear, doesn't matter if engine is running or not, It's a 2012 model and I did not drive for 9 months. Brought it to Shawn, he try pumping the clutch rapidly few times then try to shift and he started his diagnostics in details. Job was done within two days, also I give him a job to replace driver side axle too. He genuinely wants to get you back on the road safe and smiling. Start to finish-POSITIVE EXPERIENCE!!

We've taken our Imported Cars (Mini Cooper and Volkswagen) to Desi for many years and have always been satisfied. Shaun is very understanding of confused customers and will not pressure you to have work done that could wait a while. he even did a "Engine warning sign" check of a friend's BMW as they were passing through NJ for free - Told them they would make it home in Boston just fine and can have the work done in Boston. He is why our Mini Cooper hardtop is still driving like when I bought it at $55,000 miles. Highly recommended + he offers 2 years warranty on all jobs.

It was good first impression. On another day, my wifey was walking by with my Lili to take her around. Actually, we just moved here from NY so not familiar with surroundings. She just saw bunch of high-end cars in DESI garage and thought of just give it a shot. Really impressed with their service.

My BMW was giving me a hard time for a while now, didn't know what it was. I went to the dealership and they charged me more than $1k!!!, didn't sound fair. On another day I was passing by white horse pike, saw a couple of beamers in DESI's garage, thought of giving it a shot. It was some muffler issue, but Shawn did a fantastic job, it cost me way less, $250 than the dealership. DESI got another forever customer!!!

My favorite shop! Ryan is great to work with tells me what i really needs and doesn't take advantage of me. I drop my '12 Mini Cooper off and it's ready when he says it will be. He even works on some Saturdays late evenings. I had a problem with my HEAT he checked it for nothing and put me at ease that is was just a thermostat adjustment. He is replacing all my belts in the Mini next week. Overall it's a good shop. Next Friday my sister-in-law also going to Desi Auto Care for Mini Cooper timing chain loud noise issues.

Brought my Mercedes S-Class into Desi Auto to have the PSE pump programmed. Shaun was quick and charged a reasonable amount; one shop in Mount Holly charges TRIPPLE the price and would have taken 3.7 hours compared to the 35 minutes Shaun took. Definitely bringing my Benz back for other things that need work on. I would definitely recommend.
