I have pretty heavy vehicle anxiety from accidents, yet rely on my JAGUAR as my transportation, so when I suspect there's problem, I know I can count on Desi Auto Care. I took it in today and Chris ran a diagnostic and found a sensor fault that he was able to clear and so helpful in easing my anxiety over my 2014 XJR. Telling me what to look out for in the next few days as I drive it until I can schedule an appointment for it to be serviced. Sam always gives 2 years warranty on repairs. I highly recommend for your Jaguar needs.

it's very loud squeaking funny sound while driving to work. I took my 2010 Volkswagen Passat to DESI. Chris diagnosed the "issue" told me it was my alternator, and suggested that I fix a few other things. I approved the job on alternator, clutch fan and new drive belt. Got my car back all issues were resolved. They are "honest and care about their customers". ALWAYS!

The shop in South Philadelphia quoted me a $2610 for transfer case etc. issues, so I ended up not getting it done. While my Jaguar X-type was sliding all over the roads on Route 76, I was desperate and brought it in to Desi Auto Care. They were able to get my car drive back to working like for $470. I am grateful to have my car back by Friday. Ryan is really good at identifying my Jaguar problems.

I went to German Auto to see if he could diagnose a very elusive oil burning issue on my Land Rover Discovery HSE. Andrew and Mike were extremely knowledgeable about the particulars of HSE and asked me all the right questions while trying to figure out the problem. After a brief interaction, he had my car up in the lift and was going through all the procedures that in the end saved me hours of troubleshooting. These guys are very professional and have a wealth of Land Rover knowledge! Highly recommend them; if you own LR you must meet them.

After I took my car to the Jaguar Dealership in Cherry Hill for a quote, they quoted me exactly DOUBLE to make various repairs including suspension & steering on my 2013 XF. Leslie got back to me by email and phone, send a tow-truck driver to retrieve my car. Quickly I took my car to Desi Auto Care like Flash Gordon. Chris diagnosed car the same day, sent me an estimate (literally HALF of the dealership quote) and had the car fully done in a day. clean premises and very pleasant staff. I could hardly believe it all. Car driving like a dream. Very pleased and this will be me go-to mechanic from now on,period!

Ryan is the man! He fixed coolant leaking on my '14 Porsche Panamera with very short notice. Wow! I got two yrs warranty parts-labor.

When I inherited my grandpa's Mercedes Benz. I needed a shop to do the work on suspension problems and also needed a new transmission conductor plate (a dirty job!). Sam and his team got me in an out quickly and even let me use the OEM transmission fill kit I had on hand to save me money. Great communication and I knew what was needed up front with no surprises. Cost on parts and labor was reasonable considering they use OEM, way better than what Cherry Hill dealer would have charged me!

Only shop I will ever take my Audi A8. The technicians that work here are extremely professional, kind, and helpful. They found a mistake another shop in Philadelphia made and encouraged me to seek a refund from them, even gave me guidance in what to say. I can't say enough great things about them. Next Saturday I'm going for 75k miles service.

I called and spoke to Shaun about my Range Rover, it was making a screeching noise, (plus the car was acting funny) and needed the A/C fixed as well. I brought the car in and he called afternoon with the news that my LR supercharged had an oil leak. He offered the options to fix it, if not choose not to repair it immediately. Since it was in the shop already, I just got everything fixed. On top of that he filled up the fluids at no cost. When all was done, I had a reasonable bill, positive customer service by Rachael and the car has been perfect ever since (been 3 months already) plus, one of the customers at Desi Auto Care complimented on my Rover's immaculate condition even though it's 6 years old.

After some research I found Desi Auto Care and brought my S5 Cabriolet. Shawn spent quite some time with my Audi and demonstrated all of the problems to me in person, while the car was taken apart, so it was easy for me to believe it. In the end - he completely fixed all of my AC problems. Works as NEW now! Shawn and his crew are specialized in German cars; they will get the job done with cheaper-better than dealers.
