We have used Desi Auto Care in the past at their White Horse Pike location and they're wonderful. Michael has worked on my Audi and my brothers Land Rover.He helped me two times and didn't even charge for the small fix. I took my Audi A4 in Tuesday because it is now out of warranty. Oh well!! Michael found out what was wrong with it. Audi has extended the warranty and he told me, to take it to the dealership and get it fixed for free. I'm sure no other shop will do this kind of honest service

My wife’s car having electrical issues and keep dying every morning even though we replaced the battery three weeks before. Shop in East Berlin couldn’t identify the issue and hold the car for five days. Eventually we brought to Desi and later on during electrical testing, Shawn found the issue with the back of the radio. It wasn’t performing well and draining the battery overnight. Shawn call us to the garage bay and shows on diagnostic meter that the car is keeps draining power even though car is off. Feels so relax now! We appreciate his help.

Lately I’m having these issues with my favorite ‘04 Mini Cooper, both passenger side windows and locks, 90%of the time not working. I hear a “clicking “ sound when using the central console unlock/window down, but nothing happens to windows. Driver’s side does not have an issue. Thank god!-At least manually I was able to open passenger door from inside. Andrew invited me in to the repair garage and showed me exactly what was wrong with my windows and locks and explained in easy to understandable language. Honest mechanics and no games! Recommended

Desi worked on my Land Rover HSE during 65k maintenance, electrical problems and fume smell inside the cabin. Shawn is SPOT ON! This is a reasonable size repair job (his prices are too good to be true) but it is about how you are handled and I strongly recommend this shop. Sam knows how to treat customers and really cares that you are satisfied with repair work.

I’m having issue with DSC/ABS light. I searched online and found out the most common reason on ‘03 BMW 330i for this light is a failed ABS wheel sensor. I brought car to Michael and expecting to pay $150 for failed sensor. What did Michael do? He cleared the issue by adding more brake fluid (because it was low) it’s cost me $22. An honest technician! Who would have thought! He did some exhaust work also on my BMW which he performed to an enthusiast’s standard.

My Mini Cooper begins to overheat and I experience heavy steering. When I brought to Shawn, quickly he check fuse #5. Eventually he found out that failure in the cooling fan assembly or power steering pump causes the fuse to blow. Both things are controlled by this fuse, so car overheat and not steer at the same time. Repair was done very professionally, I was happy to pay!

My Mini Cooper died on the NJ Turnpike. AAA towed to Desi Auto Care. The car was leaking oil and squeaking like a crazy. Mike is great Mini mechanic. My work was done on time, dare I say even better than the dealer. You guys have a customer for life!
