BMW dealer sold me used 143,000 miles "AS IS" The suspension was rough and grinding from underneath the car, when I turn left, and at 35 miles speed. I return to the dealer and they couldn't make a diagnosis, so service advisor told me the driving is "fine" and the noise is "normal operating variant noise". From the advice of my uncle, I took the car to Drew. He told me the tires were a bad choice for an M5 and the noise was coming from the differential. There was apparently a BMW bulletin about the differential fluid that the dealer missed it. He changed the tires to Continental and changed the differential fluid with Red Line and miracle! The noise is gone and the riding is smooth like a silk. Drew is very brilliant and honest to a fault.

I took my Land Rover-Discovery to them and found a parking lot filled with German-European cars. Andrew educates me about the problems with my car, Leaking head gaskets cause low coolant level can be by failed cylinder liners. He rescued me from a major expense and I appreciate with my heart. Don't take your car to dealer until you use these guys, they are half the price and expert LR specialist in South Jersey.

IMy 2009 BMW died on me 10 days ago on the route 38. I towed to another shop in Maple Shade that did a sneaky job. the car was still leaking oil and squeaking like a stuck pig. I looked up reviews online and found this place. The dealership rips you off 90% of the time. Desi Auto Care has low prices and you can depend that great BMW work is being done, they answers all your questions and treat you like a boss. You guys have a customer for life. Cheers!

March 16th Shawn worked on my Mini Cooper Countryman and replaced wheel bearings. 2 Yrs / 24K miles warranty on all repairs including parts & labor.

Lately I'm having suspension and alignment issue, also I had been neglecting preventive maintenance items, fluids, and a weird rattle noise under the hood that I had been putting up with for months. After a thorough analysis of my Volvo XC 90 Shaun took time to explain what needed to be done, the anticipated cost (I found to be 73% cheaper than dealer) and then in spite of a snowstorm they got the job done, plus a couple of small things that popped up, which he fix and Did not charge! No longer a safety hazard (and no aggravating dash rattle!), the car once again drives and feels like it's supposed to. No wonder! This Volvo Specialist mechanic knows his craft.

Shawn definitely answered all my Land Rover questions. Chirping noises from engine mostly at idle. He replaced faulty drive belt idler pulley. Cost? 70% less than a dealer.

Here is laundry list: Coolant temperature sensor, signal mostly stuck at low. Fuel tank ventilation system and purge air system, oil leak, coolant temperature from engine, needs new brake bulb, faulty directional indicator and trunk door don't open. Andrew sure made us happy when everything was done; car now feels like a brand new. We still have a dealership quotes, but Andrew saved us almost 60%. We treat lunch for everyone at shop. When I was driving on Pennsylvania Turnpike on my '09 Mini Copper "vibrated" hard, then started running ghostly...and the engine light came on. According to Shaun there is a few possibilities like fuel, ignition, sensor...He kept car for a day to fix it and i was back on road with minimum expense. He is Mini Cooper Specialist. I recommend him.

Andrew and his team at Desi Auto Care did a fantastic job on my 2000 Land Rover Discovery. Head gasket replacement was done on timely manner. I was clearly informed about each step of the process and Andrew went out of his way to give me the best possible rate on the job. My Rover is driving better than it has been in years. When my Audi A4 stalled out on a turn heater stopped then came back in. a start back up without problem but now stalled and sputtering and shows more RPMs in neutral. Shawn started with securing the battery by making sure both the hold down and battery is secure and tight. Next, he checks for loose and corroded battery terminal connections and tightened and cleaned. He found some cracks in engine vacuum hoses and leak in air intake, he finish the job and give me super cool prices. It's a 14 Yrs. old car and from now on I will come to this Audi specialist shop whenever service needed.
