He has gone out of his way to save me good amount of money, never gives a pricing until he's sure what's wrong with my Clubman and he STICKS TO THE ORIGINAL QUOTES. He charges by the job -NOT BY THE HOUR and his jobs STAY FIXED. I discovered Desi Auto Care via co-worker two yrs ago and have only praise for the workmanship!!

Everyone I communicate with here, mainly Josh himself, treated me (and the other customers when I visited there) with professionalism. Dylan explains me details what LR-parts need replacement and why it needed, and if you are a regular customer of Desi Auto Care you know that they do not leave anything unexamined during a diagnostic check, but they don't suggest unnecessary repairs. The price is fair - considering the quality of repair/job. Needless to say, my Land Rover drives in tip-top condition!!

Brought our high-mileage Volkswagen Jetta for a few problems - someone stole my catalytic converter and other mechanic made an unrelated alternator replacement and also cause major oil leak. Josh fixed up my Jetta - what I valued most is that he spent good enough time to explained what needed to be repaired, prepared estimates for me and called me back with updates. What a great shop! I'll be coming back here for sure!

Dylan & Josh will explain what you can, and cannot, get away with. They will help you with your Mercedes Benz mechanical trauma. If you can get another few months from those rotors, he will say so. Desi Auto Care is a model for a committed business. Naturally then, their crew is also extremely motivated as well.

We have used Desi Auto Care and for over 7 years and they continue to impress me with their professional service and integrity-definitely! No need for catchy hold messages, they always answer the phone within 3 rings! My Land Rover Evoque would have a warning sign blinking occasionally. Josh checked, it was the engine oil consumed and thus the warning sign was coming up. Adding some oil and it was all good again. He did not charge anything. I felt I owe him and wish to payback. I can't imagine trusting anyone else

Had my Mercedes serviced by Desi’s after a critical battery light warning on dashboard. They got me scheduled quickly and everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable about what was going on. If I have any other issues, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

Took my Jaguar (2016) for some maintenance and tune-up..EXCELLENT service. No hidden charges no surprises! Small transmission fluid leak, they fixed it with right away. NICE!! :) Warned me about saving $$$ coz of 100,000 miles check-up... timing belt will need to be replaced (eventually). Worth the trip to Desi Auto Care!!!

I had received a quote to get some engine repair job done. Took it in Wed and they ran into some unexpected difficulties that was not of their making and the repair job took more than 5 hours longer than they expected. Manager apologized for the longer wait & absolutely honored my original quote. Thanks to Josh and his crew - what a good customer service! I would not hesitate to bring my Porsche back or to recommend them to all my friends!

My gl450 had several issues to include an oil leak, control arm, battery and tires. They took care of my problems and gave me a great price. Truck drives great!

When my engine light came on it was 6pm (shop’s closing time). But Josh stayed while I rushed there getting there 15 minutes after closing. Then he ran a full diagnostic, and even though there wasn’t need for any repair, he helped me figure out what’s the reason the light came on, and how to avoid it if happens again. Nice experience!
