Service is always quick and timely. I’m now taking 2 Mercedes Benz to them going on my 2nd year.

My Audi car Heater stopped working on the windy days of this season. I was in the area from out of town, and I was able to stop at Desi Auto Care and have this issue diagnosed and, my luck, fixed same day. I appreciate the service and the explanation the owner provided about what went wrong. He did a great job!!

I came in with my 2010 Volkswagen Tiguan with a leaking tire and explained that I only had a little bit of time before I needed to pick up my kid from elementary school. They took the time to put the spare on the car so I could leave quickly, allowing me to come back the next day for the patched tire. Bonus points for not judging me for the state of the trunk as they had to fight their way down to the spare. Professional and helpful. I’ll absolutely be back if I need anything else to be serviced.
