Desi found a $93 Mercedes replacement part for the overall assembly. He ordered the part it's working perfectly. So I wondered why I waited so long to try an independent shop. Not anymore!

Josh was SO helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend this shop and I will definitely be going there for all of my service needs on my Audi - A4.

Desi Auto Care have taken care of my jaguar. Chris, and team are passionate about Jaquar’s and are definitely will fix issue whatever it could be. Without exception, every job made on the Jaguar held solid and cost a lot less than a dealer service. They will go through with a magnifying glass and take care of a every of minor/major problems. I trust these team without any hesitation and i always received good advice.

Nearby dealer quoted a clutch kit and a flywheel replacement right away ASAP, Desi Auto Care advised that a clutch kit was needed, and they will advise on the flywheel once case was cracked open. As it turns out, a replacement flywheel was not really needed. Desi saved me very serious money over a dealer. Reasons why I would recommend them: Experience: as Chris said "this is not our first clutch job". They have been around for years, they know very well what they are doing and have proper test equipment for Volkswagens. Knowledge is powerful and I want experienced guys working on my Jetta. Honest shop! I mean c'mon, isn't that what everyone looking for in repair business and their staff? Although I have been here once, they seem to indeed be a great shop to do business with and I will be returning to their shop for sure when service needed. Just hopefully not too soon!!

This was a good shop for bmw repair. I took my 2014 528i in to the replace of brakes pads rotors on the front and rear of the vehicle, install new side mirror, investigate the check engine sign and do the maintenance service in the same visit. They knocked the job out the same day and were extremely courteous , regarding costs of jobs, I could not find a better price. Desi auto care will now be my go - to- shop for the life of my bimmer.

This shop came on a recommendation from tow-guy, my Mercedes C300 got towed here to have an alternator & battery replaced. He was up front about everything and went over cost before starting the job. He also checks the full car over for safety and other issues. I asked him cost of wiper fluid reservoir leaks. (I decided to save for future repair) Then I went to pay for my car repair chris mentioned, he fix the leak in my wiper reservoir! I was surprised.

First off, I have a Mercedes SL550 and I only choose the best to work with my car. These techs have been in the business for many years and have expert knowledge, and know what they're doing. Aside from being professional Desi Auto Care is honest and quick to find a solution to repair whatever issue you're having. They're a family-owned business and thank You for fixing my Benz!

My Audi was having problems so I found desi Auto Care and just strolled in. Amber helped me and told me that usually only take appointments but she saw the look of despair and sweat dripping off my back on the hot day. She felt bad and took my Q7 in. Mechanic tested out the battery @ no charge v/s the dealer who would have cost me for the inspection. He showed the battery and explained my new battery and how it compared to the original battery, which was way batter customer service than I expected. In less than 40 minutes - I was in and out. I'II definitely come back to them for my Audi servicing needs.

Dashboard message saying that a parking lamp was malfunctioning, so I brought my car in. Mechanic at the front desk greeted me and took a look at my car. He quickly saw which light needed to be replaced, gave me quote and got my light replaced right away. Thanks for help (because I had no appointment).

Called and Emailed them on 2 separate occasions, they told me they will help me with my Mercedes Benz, one being the same day I brought it to them. My Mercedes had serious fuel problems and needed new brakes and headlight but will not start the day I brought it in because my battery had died and after getting there with by towing the car. Good guys working here which led me to saving hundredsssss of sweet baby green backs!
