I got an appointment to have my Audi's Q7 brakes checked because of some growling & squealing that were both intermittent. Once the car was in the repair bay and was inspected then, Sam called and informed of my options, with him recommending the less expensive. I was thinking towards the more expensive option, but I can tell Sam thought it was not necessary to spend that much money. He was sure servicing to two brakes of corroded parts that was causing the calipers to move stiffly would solve the issue. IT DID!!! My brakes are at the best performance!

My Mercedes Benz (2017) engine overheated right on the White Horse Pike not far from Desi Auto Care. Heavy smoke was coming out of the motor and my Benz would not move, somehow, I got the car here. Mechanic told me the water pump leaked all coolant out. I left the car in the parking lot and went to home. Next day by 11am car was ready for pickup. Dylan at front desk provided great help too!

My '16 BMW was making strange sounds last night and Josh fix it on Sat, even though he was very busy. Thanks!

I had a problem with my 2018 Audi where my "check engine" , cruise control, and traction light kept flashing. Very helpful Dylan at front desk, Josh ( mechanic) was informative. He did not charge me at the end of the diagnosis, solved the issue. I recommend these techs to everyone. But especially to those who do not know much about Audi's and do not want to be taken for an (expensive) ride.

I have taken my Land Rover to Desi Auto Care for major issues, the coolant light being on the oil leak/smoke. I approved the repair my vehicle was down for 3 Days waiting on the part to arrive etc... and now my Rover is operating properly to drive. Thanks for the hard work guys!

This is a shop with knowledgeable mechanics. They're busy so book appointment ahead. They rely on repeat business and referrals. my Audi ' transmission fluid was dark and I needed a flush.' Sam quoted me good price.

Hands down to Desi Auto Care to take care of whatever repair you need to be done. I have seen them performing very difficult repairs with a wide range of European cars. I had them install performance calipers and rotors few weeks ago. This was a sophisticated job that required a special skill and he did it all in one day. He installed the performance kit and installed the new charge pipe in car and it's running better than ever.

My month-old BMW 335i showed signs of a faulty transmission, which I purchased "AS IS" I dropped it off on a Wed morning Josh at Desi Auto Care was the technician I spoke with, and he was realistic when explaining the process for warranty company my car is under. He didn't give me wrong hope but told me it may take longer than I think. Once my warranty company completed their inspection, he started repair right on it. He ordered the parts (my transmission being the main problem) 12 days after I dropped my car off. Dylan called me to pick my car! They finished all of the job perfectly! There were 5 main problems in my BMW, and all was taken care of. Dylan working the phones and front of office is spectacular! All in all, the crew and service at Desi is top notch.
