When I got my car back and it was driving smooth, week later in my driveway, car stalls out. I called Chris and explained the situation, he sent towing company to get my car from home. He personally test-drove my car to trouble shoot the issue. Long story short, it was faulty new fuel pump and he ended up replacing it ( which was covered under his 2y/24k miles warranty). It's a life, things happen, in this case it was a faulty part, not Desi Auto Care - yet he handled with an urgent care (just like a doctor in an emergency room) and made sure (with details) I was going to be safe and in reliable vehicle. i will be coming back for my (BMW, Audi, Mini) car needs in future.

Pretty good tech took my car up for some mileage problems. Kris replaced spark plug and some other problems that showed up as service warnings sign on the dash, and fixed two leaking hose valves. They use high quality parts that are backed by shop's 2 yr warranty for your reassurance. Mileage improved by 4 miles solid.

From the moment I made the appointment and then walked into the reception office, I knew I was at the right place. Chris and his staff are personable, considerate, and attentive; taking time to listen to my concerns and then addressing each item with timely action. This was my second visit to Desi Auto Care and was concerned about a few hiccups that my baby was experiencing, but when Chris gave her back to me; she runs like a brand new showroom rocket ship. I asked Chris to take a look at my car when a bunch of warning lights came on. He was very good about keeping me in the loop and always answering the phone. Also, he checked with me before performing any job. Two wires had been chewed by a mouse, and it was fixed with $6 of butt connectors. Also, he replaced the speed sensor because the module wasn’t getting a signal and it was cheap enough so I had him proceed. After replacing that, there was a signal (he saved me from replacing the entire ABS module which cost $1,000 part) The quality of the service performed was professional, and his prices are fair. I recommend his troubleshooting skills.
