I asked him to perform a complete "physical" on my bimmer. Dealers would see $$$$ when someone says "I think I need a new compressor" and fix anything you find wrong. Shawn called me and told me that everything with the Air condition unit looks fine. He asked if someone touched the Air condition. I said YES- I did. I added Freon-gas. He told me that I put too much Freon. He addressed that problem and did not charge me. He took care of all my problems which were actually small ones. He took time, like a doctor, to explain everything he did to my car, and he saved the replaced parts to show them to me.

My car no longer had working A/C. It had been serviced by other mechanic but newly added Freon would be gone within days and I was out some $$$. I took my car to Desi Auto Care for an oil change and a check-up but just mentioned the A/C problem casually. (I almost gave up and didn't want to spend more $$$) Andrew worked a few hours, tearing out a lot of pieces to trace the sources of the leak. No one had ever been willing to do that before! 5 weeks later, my car runs well from excellent service, and I have had A/C continuously!!

The first time I took my car to Sam, his mechanic noticed the rubber parts that go into the frame to support car jacks were missing. He replaced them. TERRIFIC! Attention to detail. All my service including expansion tank leak was fixed like a BMW-Pro!

Professional experience -- can't say enough about this shop. Brought my Clubman in for all brakes and tires replacements and to get a 2nd opinion on some hammering noise issue of this 3 yrs old MINI. I needed car back by Thursday and was immediately put at ease by Shawn's demeanor, his expertise and professionalism. We mapped out a plan and I approve the job. As needed I will certainly keep coming back to him again and again... Thank you Shawn -- I so appreciate everything you've done for me!

These are all solid BMW-techs. I'm here to get the TMPS sensor installed on my wheels. Chris worked on the car. He spoke about stuff that could go wrong with the sensors and gave me options on how to deal with them. Upfront and NO pressuring. Remi called me 4pm and told me my car was done. Affordable!

Anthony and Shawn are most transparent MINI mechanics I’ve ever met. Their service is top notch! I have been bringing both of MINI’s here for past two and half years (2012 Roadster and 2015 Paceman). High...High.....Highly recommended!!

Desi is specialized in European cars. I was looking to sell my 2014 Audi S6, took in for a once over… it was simple and painless! An engine leak was found, it was fixed within 24 hrs and car ready to sell…He is always busy but regardless take the time to help each client, he listen and care for your car…finding a mechanic you can trust is priceless. Something must be very good that I brought my car here for an oil change, wheel speed sensor and starter to replace. As promised, it was done while I waited and enjoyed free refreshments. Anthony made sure everything looked ok, turned off the annoying reminder light telling me it's time for maintenance and was done in time. I didn't think it was possible to make a German car repair such a pleasant experience. I will definitely return. Thank you!

I was having some repair done on my '12 Jaguar XF possibly a major issue but I do not want hassle with the dealer. Spoke to Shawn, got to know him and his philosophy. I talked to him face to face after first meeting him to sign the authorization work forms and we chat for 35 minutes. He specializes in German cars and has worked for German dealerships in the past but to quote him on our past conversation, "I can fix anything as long as it has four wheels and a motor" LOL!

I left my car here for a week while on a trip to get it gone over with a fine tooth comb as it was stalling out in drive, the AC had no air flow plus the transmission was slipping a bit from 1st into 2nd gear and it needed some of the freeze plugs in the block replaced. The AC fan replaced so it was blowing volume and other issues fixed very well. Five Star!!
