My nephew recommended this shop to me and I'm glad that he did. Had a great experience when I went there last week to get my 2012 Mini Cooper serviced.

I needed shocks in addition to the Exhaust leak repair. Shawn showed me my '10 BMW 650i where my current shocks were leaking, and why they needed to be replaced. It was great to be show proof of why something needs to be done. I waited until next day, and the shocks were replaced in addition to Exhaust leak job. It was one of the cheapest BMW repairs I've ever had. I was thoroughly pleased with Remi's customer service. Will definitely be bringing my BMW and Benz here in the future...

Best auto repair shop in my area!! Sean doesn't try to rip you off like 99% of mechanics. It's honestly weird leaving any auto shop thinking "that was a pleasant repair experience" but his shop managed to achieve that. Sean is extremely professional and efficient with service and the most comfortable, clean waiting room I've ever encountered at a repair shop. My vehicle deserves the best care! Thank you sean for replacing breaks and oil separator on my VW, I will be coming back!

I just bought a used '12 Land Rover Evoque and wanted to get it inspected for any exhaust leaks and other repairs. I should've done it prior to buying but I fell in love with as soon as I saw this vehicle. My friend referred me to Desi Auto Care and I was impressed. Shawn gave me the low down on what to expect about it. He is very knowledgeable and was really showing his passion for LR's with details I didn't know before. You can be sure I'll be coming back to here when needs some TLC. Time tell if they do live up to their reputation, so far, I'm impressed

As BBB describes A+ business, Desi Auto Care is "As good as it gets!" Shawn has been maintaining my two European cars and one more recent VW (old) since the last year. I can't say enough about the time, energy, and care he take to get it right. And between the vintage problems and my wife's hard driving, he has tackled some interesting repairs and diagnostic issues. He is meticulous and always takes the time to explain and show me what's going on with repairs. Remi is phenomenally friendly, with top notch customer service.

I have an older -M- car that require technician who knows his stuff due to them being different from standard non -M- cars. Andrew is a key mechanic in getting my car running great. He has provided guidance on how to properly maintain the car. It is a totally different experience than going to other shops; he actually looks out for you! They're technicians with a great reputation.

Brought in my 435Xi to get a downpipe installed. I ended up buying the wrong part of my own (i’m a sorry!), sean and the crew tried everything to make the part fit (the small differences between). They were straight forward with everything, allowing me inside the repair bays and made me feel like i was installing with them. I’ve found my new Bimmer specialist shop. I’m not letting anyone else touch my car! Recommended
