I was having some bizzare inconsistent running issues with my 2005 Mercedes C55 AMG. It’s a 14 yrs old car. but has low 93000 miles for it’s old age. I gave DESI a call and set up an appointment for a diagnosis, next morning I received a call back with a solution to my issue. I said yes, order the parts needed and install... only three days later and the car were back on road. All issues solved... and I couldn’t be happier, this car is now awesome again. I’m thankful for Andrew’s efforts and results.

I bought in my '04 Volkswagen Convertible due to a coolant breach (no good antonyms for leak) on Tue 2pm. As a Volkswagen lover and one who likes to tinker, I knew possible known failures on my VW battery top fuse box, transmission, and timing belt stuff. He opened the hood and inspects my modified intake manifold hose taps and patches. Understandably, Andrew wasn't very impressed. By now he was a bit more than curious so he popped the cover on the timing belt. I've been gambling with my car for the last 2 years with my knowledge of the potential catastrophe on my 1.8T interference 20v. With his index finger and thumb he gently slid the belt back and forth across the gear. Slid just like butter on a hot knife. They pushed the car into service bay to work on it. They also replaced a shot motor mount and replaced my battery.

I was in Voorhees to visit my sick family member when my AUDI A7 started stalling out. I Googled "Audi Specialist near me" - 10 minutes from where we were. Drew (the Audi specialist) immediately took a look at my car, and diagnosed a broken air filter and quoted me fair price to fix it. Additionally, he fixed the rattling heat shield for no extra charge. Within 2.5 hours, I was back on the road driving! These guys are honest, quick and accurate.

My MINI COOPER S dashboard computer showed three warning signs. Once I got there he re-set all signs with minor fix. Its been a 2 weeks all is fine now. And a piece of chrome that I had knocked off he put back. All no charge. It was my 2nd time there but I was too lazy to give a good review the first time.

My uncle does most of my 2013 MERCEDES E-CLASS maintenance and repairs including brakes, oil, cooling, belt driven components, and electrical but when it comes to internal engine work he doesn't have a proper setting and experience. Sam is very open and honest about what my Benz needed and didn't need, and I am pleases with the job they did-my engine head and replacing some aging parts. And thank you for the Coffee & Donuts!

I can't say enough positive about this MINI Specialized shop. The general manager explained everything in detail and gave me options to fix my MINI. I've never heard of any mechanic that gives you 45 minutes to explain multi point inspection report and all the things going on with you car. Everyone in my family brings European cars here. Bonus...! They offer so many different kind of refreshments (feels like you're in WAWA) and have awesome cars in parking lot.

Nobody likes having to pay to have their car repaired, but Desi Auto Care makes it affordable. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable (ask for Sean!) and he is honest about what repair/service needs to be done and what can wait until next time. Reactive vs. Proactive. I wouldn't trust my Saab anywhere else. They specialize in SAAB. Trust me it's hard to find a Saab mechanic.

I asked him to perform a complete "physical" on my bimmer. Dealers would see $$$$ when someone says "I think I need a new compressor" and fix anything you find wrong. Shawn called me and told me that everything with the Air condition unit looks fine. He asked if someone touched the Air condition. I said YES- I did. I added Freon-gas. He told me that I put too much Freon. He addressed that problem and did not charge me. He took care of all my problems which were actually small ones. He took time, like a doctor, to explain everything he did to my car, and he saved the replaced parts to show them to me.

This what I observed when I was visiting New Jersey to uncle house last week. Cool shop! My uncle’s car needed the front breaks replace because they were below 5mm, and air conditioning condenser, and he has some odd problem with the tail light that keeps shorting out. In and out the same day. Overall: I like Shawn because he's very always happy and FAST to text me with updates, when my repair will be done. He knows people hate waiting for cars.

Where to start? I came here in April for an oil change (2010 Lexus GS 350), and actually found a great mechanic! The boss-Shawn, didn't try to sell me repairs I didn't need. Usually I'd go to Pep Boys in Stratford and they always pushing air filters and brake pads and more... Shawn was honest and straight forward. I recommended him to a friend of mine that got into LEXUS intake manifold issue and her car came back running smooth. She was so impressed just like me!
