The first time I took my car to Sam, his mechanic noticed the rubber parts that go into the frame to support car jacks were missing. He replaced them. TERRIFIC! Attention to detail. All my service including expansion tank leak was fixed like a BMW-Pro!

Awesome! Brought in my with a sporadic problem that I was certain was going to cost me an arm and a leg. Shawn was honest and broke everything down for me. He suggested it was time to let the car go. The cost of the repair would have been too much costly and unreasonable to do. Now I'm sitting pretty in a spiffy new 750i x Drive with no complaints - so thanks Shawn for your honesty and candor.

Desi Auto Care has been excellent for my repair/service needs. Shop stayed high quality. The costs have been excellent as I've easily saved significant sums just by getting my maintenance done here versus the dealer. Not only that but DESI has a selection of oils while the dealer forces you to use the one that they have. The mechanics are knowledgeable and friendly. I will continue to bring my car here for a routine maintenance and should the need arise, I will head here 1st for any non scheduled maintenance after the warranty expries. They have a great 2Y/2K miles warranty for every job they do.

Desi team are the only mechanics I trust in this world to work on our cars. Sean (previously he worked at M.Laurel BMW dealership for years) is meticulous, so knowledgeable and actually takes the time to explain in detail what's happening, what needs to be done, etc. From years of taking my cars there I legitimately feel like I know so much more about engines than I ever thought I would. They're also genuinely good people that go out of their way to help their customers!

I recommend Desi The convertible top on my BMW wouldn't open anymore. I met Andrew and he said he would check it out for me. Turns out, it was a minor fix.... and furthermore, he did a check over on my car and found a safety issue that was fixed for $65. He is friendly, and didn't try to fool me, especially being a female. I will absolutely use them for my other car-Benz and will refer every BMW owners to them!!

These guys saved my day and I'm grateful! I have a 2008 Merc. B. I recently spent 7 weeks in Stratford going to Kennedy Hospital University. On my way to Kennedy, my car started running very erratically. It was 3:30pm, I started calling to see if someone could check my car immediately. Sam at Desi Auto Care the only guys who said they would check my car right away. I drove it to him and they had the issue diagnosed with in 10 minutes - a bad coil. $65 later, I was back ontbe road by 5pm. I will always remember how they were so willing to get me out of a jam on such short notice. Hands down no doubt no questions asked.

These are ACURA technicians. Their diagnosis of the problems was accurate and the repairs were prompt and reasonably priced, Their attention to details inspires confidence, I'm a DESIs fan!

I have posted a review before but I felt compelled to write one today because of the level of service that Sam provided. I had problem with electrical system and dark smoke in morning on my Q7 and brought it to Desi. He took a look at it and fixed it within 3 hrs. To top it off, he charge me very minor amount for the service. I am sure other German shops would have kept me waiting and charged me tool and nail. I'm a happy customer and will definitely come back.

These guys are straight shooters, fair, no BS and solid Audi technicians. He never trying to sell me service that I do not need. But he will stay ahead of your maintenance and suggest what may be coming up for you to consider. Always fair on price and take the time to explain your options. I almost hate to share Desi Auto Care and Shawn, because it might means longer wait to get my car back, I am sure soon he will just get a second location. BTW Both of my cars Audi Q7 and BMW M6 are super complicated German engineering masterpieces which mean lots of computers and over engineering I would get murdered at the dealership. I can only afford to own and drive AUDI and BMW because I know Shawn.

I always count on them for Volkswagen analysis, detailed work, fair prices, Sam never make up anything you don't need. He treats me very well. I am not a relative, but sometimes I feel like one.
