Brought my ('12 Roadster) MINI Cooper for oil change spoke with Jessica quoted me a very reasonable price %60 less than what the dealer charges. Shawn's mechanic went the extra mile, fixed a tire TPMS sensor light, replaced missing bolts and reset computer. the little things that go a long way without nickel & dime you to death. they have the special tools and diagnostic/programming computer just for MINIs!!

Since I bought the '08 M-B 350E, we were not aware of everything covered by original warranties. But recently, Chris made sure that I don't pay for an expensive dealer's replacement that was incorporated in a complex repair. It's all fixed, at less cost than others could have charged! In addition to their superior work, good at explaining everything and answering all of my questions.

Our 2011 Land Rover Evoque has always been serviced by the dealer. Now that it is no longer under warranty, I needed to find alternative. After reading reviews, I took the vehicle to Desi Auto Care for a regualr service. Shawn took the time to thoroughly explain the different services they offer and which maintenance services out vehicle would need in the future. I found his prices very reasonable and will be taking both of my Evoque & Discovery there for all future repairs.

Shawn is a TOP diagnostic-man and he and his crew can figure out any problem. For instance: My car was plagued by a fuel leakage problem. Fuel would back up the filler neck, seep past the gas cap and run down the side of the car. I took that car to different shops but nobody could find the issue. Then I took it to Shawn, within 25 minutes he found the problem, (defective supply of rollover valves, designed to stop fuel flow if the car is in an accident and ends up on its side or roof, were factory installed) Unfortunately, manufacture never issued a recall. He found the new rollover valve from supplier and installed it and I’ve never had a same problem. (Job was done in Jan-2019)

Although I did not have repairs done I did bring in a car to have it gone over prior to purchasing from a used car dealer. Andrew thoroughly checked out the car and then went over with me not only the small things he found but also used his vast BMW-knowledge to show me things to watch for in the future. Shop is clean by the amount of cars in for service.

I took my car here -it was vibrating when I went over 55 mph. As a young chick it can be intimidating to go into an German auto repair shop alone. But Shawn treated me with respect and did not try to talk to me into any unnecessary repairs. He gave me two price options for an axle that needed repairing and the oil change was cheaper than the Turnersville dealer.

Great place for your European car service needs. I did not have an appointment and Leslie fit me in because I was having hospital emergency for my mother-in-law. Needed a Motor Mount replacement and Spark Plugs. They have a human touch!!

I have taken my BMW there for minor and major repair work, where else can you go that offers snacks/beverages complimentary while you wait. Recently returned Saturday to Desi Auto Care for transmission flush. Sam assured me that YES, my car would be ready same day and it was.

BMW-man Shawn gets straight to the point. I won't go into details on what was repaired on my car, but I will say that the error messages and SES lights that I had a issues with on my dashboard are no longer showing up and car drives and brakes smoothly again. He found what was triggering the message and found a couple lean codes.

Made an appointment to have my BMW 328i looked at for strange noise under the engine and it was repaired that same day (also replaced new water pump) - parts came in while we waited. Office manager Rachel and technicians are extremely accommodating. Desi Auto Care will bring you back from the edge of insanity in the face of overwhelming odds with the European car that gives you trouble. Woohoo!! That is the word!
