I have a Land Rover-Range Rover and Desi Auto Care is the ONLY shop my baby has ever been to since I bought it in 2016

Last week my car wouldn't start and I thought it was due to a bad starter. I looked online for auto repair shops and I saw that Desi Auto Care had good reviews so I decided to give them a try. I called to schedule an appointment and they also provided me with the number of the towing company they work with. The next day, I received a call from them and was informed that it was actually my battery that needed to be replaced, not my starter. I was given a total of how much it would cost to replace the battery and was surprised that it was cheaper than I expected.

Andrew worked on AWD and brakes on my 2006 BMW 3 series. He did an excellent job of keeping me informed through the diagnosis process, getting parts, price, and repair. Very professional and friendly. I recommend them for your automotive repairs.

I found the staff to be extremely helpful. They explained what was wrong in a very clear and detailed manner and I really am grateful for their service.

My Mini-Cooper Clubman radiator blew early morning on my way to job. I called Sam to see if he can squeeze me in. Luckily he has one cancellation. He ordered it for me, and had it delivered within 1.5 hours, and repair was done t a great price. A life saver for sure!

BMW-man Shawn gets straight to the point. I won't go into details on what was repaired on my car, but I will say that the error messages and SES lights that I had a issues with on my dashboard are no longer showing up and car drives and brakes smoothly again. He found what was triggering the message and found a couple lean codes.

My Mini Cooper Hardtop engine overheated and trying to figure out where to send my car, I called my mechanic near my home, he told me they don't work on MINI's. I asked if he could recommend anyone else, he gave me a number for Desi Auto Care. Turns out the damage was pretty bad, and after their assessment, I approved the job. These folks are very honest and I'm inclined to get a Mini or a BMW as a replacement car solely because I've found technicians at Desi Auto Care.

I always spoke to employees and they're happy to receive my business and answered every question I had for them. The quality of service on was awesome. My Strut loud noise was 100% fixed, and I'm back on the highway for work related travel. Recommended

It's hard to find a certified European auto repair shop. If you own a European vehicle you already know the hassle we go through when it comes to repair/maintenance. I never thought I could trust auto mechanics again after being ripped off by the Audi dealer but I'm glad that I found Desi last year. They always put their customers' interest first.
