Desi Auto Care is absolutely the BOMB! So I show up with my 2013 Porsche Panamera GTS, and explained sign is on. 'Sticking' problems and also the "automatic" function issues, turns the engine off while idling. A few days later I get it back and it's smooth as silk! He always kept my Porsche running well through 193000 miles. I trust them totally. I drive from King of Prussia PA to Stratford NJ to use threie services.

I was buying used MINI JCW convertible in Blackwood are. I wanted a local pre-purchase inspection done and called Desi Auto Care. I'm so glad I did. It turns out they were the shop that did all of the maintenance work for this MINI's original owner (Paul) and knew all of the service history. Andrew was able to tell me about services done and more importantly about recommendations the previous owner hadn't done. He worked with Paul to bring the car to the shop and was able to provide me with a much more comprehensive inspection based on their historic knowledge. Without his guidance and help, I would not have bought the car.

A week ago my 2012 Porsche needed fixing, I didn't even call for a quote from Desi Auto Care. I figured a shop that specializes in German cars would charge an arm and leg more than regular shops. I was surprised when I called DESI for a quote that they were cheaper than a number of other shops I called. i took my PANAMERA in to have a wheel bearing fixed and Sam actually came in just under what he quoted. Exactly what I look for in a repair shop: Honest quoting + quality work + my car was finished on time.

I've had these mechanics fix/troubleshoot different things on my 2005 Mercedes 3 times now. Recently, my E-500 was brought in for overheating. Sure enough, they got us back on the road pretty fast, even had 2 mechanics under the hood working to complete it timely. What really has me writing a review though, is my Benz hasn't had a working rear door lock for a year and these folk saw it, fixed it, didn't even charge me for it! I never even mentioned my lock wasn't working to them either! Now, I have working door lock!! Thanks Sam, only you get my business!

Very +++ I took my Volvo XC90 T5 (difficult to get service around Camden County) in for service. Leslie was able to get me in same week for a very bad oil leak (Dealer was booked out 4 weeks). I found service to be prompt, courteous. I was given good information about from Sean, what the issue was, charged a very reasonable fee, and my problem diagnosed and fixed (even with a special part order) in under 3 days. Will definitely return.

I bought BMW and had been having problems with it, so I was taking it to Pep Boys. long story short Desi Auto Care completed FIXED everything Pep Boys "screwed up & missed" Pep Boys used cheap parts. Shawn replaced it with genuine BMW parts for next to nothing. Shawn has an intense knowledge of BMW and MINI cars and is very quick, efficient and inexpensive. My step-brother is a BMW mechanic in Miami FL and he spoke to Shawn twice and he tells me all these miles away that this shop is the real deal. Shawn is a real BMW technician, not that Pep Boys service center down the street that pretend to be mechanics.

I've been going here for so many yrs, Sean...I ALWAYS use him on the really complicated VW issues; he is well versed in the weirdness of '08 Volkswagen R32! I use other shops for the easy stuff because they are closer to my work. But the heavy stuff I go to Sean. Another thing is Sean and Sam may be two of the kindest gentlemen in the car game. Over the years they have saved me thousands of dollars over the Dealership. Plus they are fun! Thanks Guys.

Had the Audi A8 break down on the Berlin road. Lame. Smoke was pouring out of the engine cavity, and I knew I was screwed. I was advised that i needed a water pump, a thernostat,and some radiator connections for the top and bottom. They threw in a new air filter while they were in there. Sam kept good contact with me regarding the updates. He told me about the decisions that had to be made, and good way of explaining the situation. I didn't feel rushed into making a lot of unnecessary repairs. I'm happy 5hat my car is running again! It purrs right along.
