Fair prices! Clutch and alternator wasn't working properly and found this nearby Desi Auto Care on White Horse Pike, so we'll call it a happy accident. Family owned and operated: I've never seen a German repair shop more transparent about cost and markup. Sean followed me to my car (next parking lot) and charged the battery so I could pull in. Fair price and he is extremely knowledgeable about MINI Cooper JCW. He said you're fine; you don't need new alternator, but need battery instead. And finish Clutch job next day. I highly recommend Sean.

I own a 2013 Volkswagen Beetle Convertible that recently crossed 50,000 mile warranty mark, which I had them do an oil change and an inspection on. Must mention points: - I ask him to change spark plugs and he was even nice enough to go through my records in the trunk to find when they had last been changed. (Note: Shawn said, spark plugs don't need to be replaced.) - He checked the computer for fault codes and reset the service request light for the inspection and oil change. (The computer in a VW requires specialty equipment, which Shawn has it) - He knew exactly what the "low coolant" light in my car meant. He investigated the problem and after pressurizing the system and leak testing it, determined the flaw to be in the radiator cap, which they replaced. Their quality is as good as a dealership, but unlike a dealership, you have more control of what goes on, you can even visit inside the shop. Combine that with better prices and I have no reason to go anywhere else.

A quote from dealership to repair an oil leak around my cam sensors and replace the Cam Sensors for my MINI. They quoted me at $4200!! Thank God I found Desi Auto Care. Andrew quoted me for the same work and found problems with my front brake pads damaging my rotors because the wrong pads were installed by the dealership!!...All the work to include the initial Cam sensor and oil leak was done for $1170+ tax. I was astounded he finished everything the same day!! He is the best in area, price wise and service wise. I encourage anyone to go to the Mini-dealership first, get a price quote then come to Andrew! You will find how much money you are saving on your MINI.

I'm very DIY when it comes to my BMW X5 xdrive35i but there are some things I can't do. After doing a complete suspension refresh my car was in desperate need of an alignment. I also had vibrations that I suspected were from bent rims and figured I'd either need to replace them or live with the vibrations. I took my car to Desi Auto Care for the first time and not only were they able to correctly and perfectly align my car, they were able to balance the bent rims and completely eliminate my vibration issues. That's pretty miraculous.
