Eventually, I was able to find service for my Mini Cooper like a home!. I had been looking around for almost a couple of months for repair shops. I can trust to get maintenance and routine checkups such as oil filter, oil change, fluids overall check. Love these DESI GUYS! Very much competent and hard working mechanics that would provide drop off on Sat night! (I haven't seen any repair shop does that). Shawn has an awesome knowledge, he provides you actual feedback about your car.

Have had my Benz, Volvo and Saab serviced at Desi. These folks are professional. Example: your car is to be ready at 4pm they stick to that time line.

My wife's car was facing a constantly draining battery for a few days. We drove it to New Brunswick dealership, almost an hour route. They did usual work of replacing the battery, which really did not help on the way back. Still it was discharging as earlier on. That dealership wasn't able to find tip of the issue. My wife and I did some surrounding search by changing the filter (e.g. distance 50-mile radius), we found Desi Auto care, took it there, Shawn was able to catch that defect of electrical/ wiring, was a cheaper fix than the battery of $125. Forever customer now to these DESI GUYS!

Shawn used be mechanic at the dealership years ago, and now he and his team run this amazingly busy shop. There is always a long wait for scheduled service, but he always make time if you have an emergency - usually staying late into the evening to make everyone happy. One evening after work, my girlfriend's Porsche stranded her in Moorestown. We called Shawn immediately. After AAA hauled the car to the shop, Shawn and team were still there at 8:00 pm, waiting for the 2010 Panamera so they could make a preliminary diagnosis. Great group of mechanics. They helped me with a loaning me a spare battery. They removed it and helped me install it at end of day for my Jaguar XF. They have my Jaguar business forever!

Desi Auto Care is a standout European repair shop. They have always done top-notch work for my 2008 Porsche 911, and I can't rate this business highly enough. Kind, decent mechanics who will go the few extra miles to take care of their customers. You can't go wrong with these guys.

My daughter was driving from King of Prussia to South Jersey last weekend. She got some misfire problem with her car. Luckily, she was driving by south horse pike as she wanted to visit her friends in Voorhees. She just saw bunch of high-end cars parked at DESI, she walked in, Andrew and Shwan provide her A1 customer service in a couple of hours, she enjoyed snacks and coffee. The main attraction of Desi is free snacks, coffee, soda. You get to relax when your car is being taken care of. Rachael is an awesome lady, she treats everyone with joy and respect, great customer service even after business hours, she also helps to drop your car keys in the box. This garage has both, technical expertise and customer satisfaction.
