I blew the main seal in my Volkswagen Passat. Chris got me in right away and had it back on the road within a day. The price was right. Leslie at front desk makes you feel welcome.

Shawn was extremely helpful in getting my MINI Cooper (Red-my favorite) in quickly after blowing it's motor. He had the old motor out and new one installed same day including brake bleed. Pricing was completely fair and his communication was friendly. He treat me coffee and refreshments- I appreciate his gesture!

As a father with a daughter living away from hometown, her car problems are cause for concern. When my daughter called with a misfire on her MINI Cooper Clubman, I searched for shops online through various forums and read consistently good things about Dedi Auto Care. Shawn was kind enough to install spark plug wires we purchased elsewhere and charge only for installation. After that did not resolve the misfire, he diagnosed in depth and repaired her MINI within a day. Shawn is a MINI Guru.

I am so happy I was referred to Desi Auto Care and can now avoid the attitude & price gouging of the Jaguar dealership. I stopped into Cherry Hill - Jaguar dealership with a jammed side mirror as it looked like an easy fix, but the guy there acted like I was nits to think anyone had time right then, told me to make an appointment and estimated 2 hours of labor and a $300 cost. So, I went right to Desi auto care where Andrew fixed it in 5 minutes at no charge He is street smart & courteous and easily made me a loyal customer. Recommended

Stand up mechanics from start to finish. Car disabled due to crankcase hose and vacuum system failure. I called a few shops including a dealer and none were interested in helping arrange a tow, sort it yourself and call us back. Called Desi Auto Care and Rachel sent a trusted towing guy to my home and Bing-bang-bosh. Car was with them in an hour and fixed by the evening. Exactly what is said on their tag line "There is only one boss - The customer! They just billed me for everything including the tow. Simple and Effortless, the way I want it.

I went to Desi auto care for a complete front & rear brake job for my 2014 Volvo S60. It was my 1st time there, Drew was very helpful and honest. When was the last time you heard of a mechanic calling you and telling you that you DID NOT need the repair done. He informed me that the brakes still had about 4000 miles left on them. These local, privately owned shops are rare. Kudos!

Chris was very helpful! My daughter was trying to get her car's air emissions checked and the gas tank cover was stuck and would not open. (Of course! it was the last day before the sticker expired) We just swung in and he came out and worked at it and was finally able to get it open. Just did it out of the goodness of his hearts on a rainy day and when we were in a pinch! I recommend Desi Auto Care
