Lately my Land Rover Supercharged HSE started to learning towards one side. Sean inspected everything related to the steering system and replaced the air suspension. He is LR specialist and very polite throughout the process. My suspension is perfect now! Working properly without any problems. Lots of FREE snacks-sodas for customers, feels like you're in a convenience store. I use the coupon they sent me in email. 2Years warranty on repair. I do recommend this shop.

Desi Auto Care is a genuine European repair shop; I have been taking my SAAB there for few years. He just changes out my wheel bearings, heavy oil leak, one hub diagnosed and window motor replaced. Dropped off in the evening, next day 11am he called me what the quote was, after my approval he finish job in two days. It's true he is not spending any advertising/marketing money, still he is very busy and he'll usually give you an appointment within a week day so he can look at it. He's efficient and very good at Saab repairs.

I had my BMW 750 Li repaired by Desi Auto Care before bringing our new baby girl from hospital to our home in Voorhees. They did beat every German Shop's prices, completed our repair one day early and even installed our special custom made car seat for baby. I felt very cared for and my car has run this smooth in years. We feel positive for this shop.

I have been blindly using the MB dealership for all service and maintenance for all these years. The Check Engine light went on while travelling on Atlantic City Expressway and the dealer informed me that repairs could cost UPWARD of $3,700 - since there was no way I was sinking that into 97K miles old car, I started shopping (sadly) for new car. I thought its worth a 2nd option, based on suggestion from Mercedes Benz owner forum, I made an appointment to Desi Auto Care - and glad I did. I took my 2014 Benz ML350 here for needed maintenance and repairs. The entire experience was outstanding, no-BS way they describe me what they will diagnose, how long it will take, and how much it should cost. Full transparency and feedback throughout the process. My story had a positive ending - the repair was done, plus scheduled maintenance , plus A/C recharge (1st time in 4 years) for a fraction of what the dealer would have charged. And Shawn showed me the diagnostics for the car - told me it was in excellent shape and that I should be able to drive it for many years to come. A huge relief! Shawn and team are MB expert specialist and as meticulous and fussy about German cars as I'm about owning and driving one. Count me as one happy new customer.

After a very bad experience with our Mercedes Benz ML350 at the dealer in Cherry Hill, we needed a good mechanic we could rely on. Desi Auto Care exceeded our exceptions. Sean is very professional, prompt, and good at German cars. We saved about $1300 on an estimate that was originally $2470 at the dealer. If something was going to take longer, he would personally email or call me to explain why. It was a very good experience for us and we highly recommend DESI to anyone who needs their Benz fixed!

They show me the parts they replaced and point out why it needed replacing on my Porsche Cayenne. Sam knows that not every German car owner is rich and he is sensitive to that. Love this shop!!

Sam and his team gave it a full exam (BMW 5 series) and found a few things that would have been trouble later if not repaired. Everything was done right, on time, and budget. There were a few things that I thought needed to be done but Andrew said "NO, not yet." My car is running great. And we've started bringing my other car (Audi A4) in too. I forgot laptop charger at his desk, Sam personally drop off the charger to my home, he cares for you!

Two thumbs up! I have lived in multiple states and am always looking for someone to take care of my 8 years old (but still beloved) SAAB 9-7. These guys are real. Extremely personable (which can be hard to find in the auto repair industry) Shaun told me exactly what is needed for my engine oil leak (very dark-dirty leak!) and does whatever it takes to accommodate the customer. He earns the great reviews he receives.

I've used DESI 3 times to service my 2014 BMW 535i as well as my wife's 2011 Mercedes Benz GLK 350. Andrew was incredibly passionate about both of the cars. He always carefully explains what they're doing, even to the extent of even showing me how and why the parts broke. He even made himself available for questions after I've already paid and picked up the car. I've never had such a great experience with a mechanic, and will not take my German cars anywhere else.
