I discovered this MINI repair shop a while ago and decided to come in to try out oil leak issue service and gear shifting problems.This is my 1st time coming here.I love that they make appointments through website.I was actually one hour early.and they took me right in without any question.They beat the MINI-dealership charges.They will suggest their recommendations for your Clubman,to ensure that your car stays in great condition.Came across one of the mechanics today,he greeted me,very polite man

Dylan and Chris were both very welcoming, kind and understanding with helping me fix my 2010 Mini Cooper. They listened to my problems, did a full diagnosis and worked with me to drastically help me out financially which I appreciate more then anything during these tough times. The work they did was quality, professional and they genuinely care about their customers and their cars. I highly recommend Desi Auto to anyone who is feeling overwhelmed by foreign car repairs and pricing; this shop will do everything they can to help you and that's extremely rare.

I had a freakish wiring problem and electronic nightmare with my Mercedes and after several wrong diagnostics at other shops(I almost purchased a new transmission at another shop I had taken it to in beginning, and was told this was the only way my Benz could ever drive again.) Desi Auto Care quickly figured out what was the issue and got down to business. I am so glad my friend Kevin, a loyal Desi-Customer for years praised this shop a lot! They are friendly and pleasure to deal with. I don’t like all repair related stuff, and Desi really made the whole experience 100 times better. My Mercedes is running cool now. I’ve an Infinity QX30 and over the years, for the most of the time, I’ve relied on the dealer for repairs stuff. But with repairs becoming a more and more….frequent and the dealership being expensive, I started looking for alternative to the dealership. I found Desi Auto care by chance and the reviews were rock solid, so I said let’s give them a try. I took my Infinity in for the Struts and Air Conditioning issues. The quality of their jobs is unbelievable and at a competitive price. The guys Sam and Chris have a really professional shop

When I take my Subaru in for repair the mechanic told me about the service codes on my Forester, and explained what code meant. I was told my service could take two hours, and they were done on time. Next door is a nice sandwich shop if you want to wait there. He did print recommendations on the invoice, which was good idea. He told me I needed two new tires, and show me what is measurements was on my tires, and what the measurements meant, but did not try to up-sell me tires. I would sure recommend them, and will be returning in the future whenever I need service or advise.

We had a great experience with Desi Auto. They were upfront, fair, great communication, and timely. We will be using them again.

My normally very reliable 2016 Acura tlx began mis-firing while heading down the white horse pike and, having seen this shop before, I limped in and asked if he could squeeze me in. Chris the manager did so gladly, diagnosed the issue swiftly and then gave me the idea with timing on the repair-fix. Despite of having to get necessary parts from acura dealership, he still completed the repair in a 30 min earlier than expected. In general, he took a frustrating experience with a Acura malfunction and made it as pain-free as possible.

I knew my rear shocks were starting to leak and need to replace them and I explained that I needed front and rear breake pads and rotors. Because my rotors were heavily warped causing vibration during local driving. They take customer service very seriously and I value them as a customer. They are my Land Rover service now

I needed service on my fuel injectors needed to be cleaned, with a computer code reset, they also re-programmed my check engine sign system, so that warning sign that has been driving me upset is gone! Another auto shop I have going to for years could not get it to go away. Now I can drive my Lexus with peace of mind.
