I’ve an Infinity QX30 and over the years, for the most of the time, I’ve relied on the dealer for repairs stuff. But with repairs becoming a more and more….frequent and the dealership being expensive, I started looking for alternative to the dealership. I found Desi Auto care by chance and the reviews were rock solid, so I said let’s give them a try. I took my Infinity in for the Struts and Air Conditioning issues. When I take my Subaru in for repair the mechanic told me about the service codes on my Forester, and explained what code meant. I was told my service could take two hours, and they were done on time. Next door is a nice sandwich shop if you want to wait there. He did print recommendations on the invoice, which was good idea. He told me I needed two new tires, and show me what is measurements was on my tires, and what the measurements meant, but did not try to up-sell me tires. I would sure recommend them, and will be returning in the future whenever I need service or advise.

My normally very reliable 2016 Acura tlx began mis-firing while heading down the white horse pike and, having seen this shop before, I limped in and asked if he could squeeze me in. Chris the manager did so gladly, diagnosed the issue swiftly and then gave me the idea with timing on the repair-fix. Despite of having to get necessary parts from acura dealership, he still completed the repair in a 30 min earlier than expected. In general, he took a frustrating experience with a Acura malfunction and made it as pain-free as possible.

Desi literally saved me 2000 dollars. I took my car to Fort Washington BMW (watch out by the way) for synthetic oil change. The service writer came back and told me that I need to replace oil pan because plug could not come out because of work out damaged threads. I was shocked, seems dealer do not want to help because the easy fix was to just say, 2000 dollars for a new oil pan. Fast forward two days later, I called Desi Auto Care and talked to Andrew (Ask for him.) I explained my situation and he said bring it to the shop to look at it and give it a shot. Took less than 45 minutes to fix the issue without having to replace anything but ONLY the oil pan plug. Technician changed the oil, filter and plug. Could not thank them enough for honesty and effort,

I knew my rear shocks were starting to leak and need to replace them and I explained that I needed front and rear breake pads and rotors. Because my rotors were heavily warped causing vibration during local driving. They take customer service very seriously and I value them as a customer. They are my Land Rover service now

I needed service on my fuel injectors needed to be cleaned, with a computer code reset, they also re-programmed my check engine sign system, so that warning sign that has been driving me upset is gone! Another auto shop I have going to for years could not get it to go away. Now I can drive my Lexus with peace of mind.

I highly recommend Desi techs! I recently had major job done- acceleration and clumsiness gearbox issues on my jaguar X-Tyoe with good results. The repair job was complex and they saved me nice chunk of money on labour's costs. They know me by my first name when I walk in the door. I appreciate!

I was hearing squealing noise coming from the engine while driving on local road. My check engine light was on and (sometimes) off? After the costly maintenance plan finally ran out on my Volvo S80. I was searching for a professional independent Volvo shop for this issue. Desi Auto Care described me real issue, it was a worn-out timing belt tensioner and need to be replaced.
