Brought in BMW 328i Drive for service recently due to several error codes and misfires. The Desi team provided a very thorough diagnosis. He found oil in the spark plug tubes and advised that while they are fixing the immediate issue, the vehicle may need a new valve cover down the road if the oil returns. They gave me a clear breakdown of all my codes (2C32, 2C6C, 29CF, 29CE, 29CC, 2E85). The recommendation was to start by replacing the spark plugs and two ignition coils to address the misfires. Josh explained that fixing the misfires could potentially resolve the oxygen sensor codes as well, streamlining the repair process and saving me money. Front desk lady is talkative but very helpful.
