Saturday, I really needed the car back by a certain time so I could get my little daughter to Karate Classes. Despite a late starting, Sam pushed to get the repair done on time by 2pm. Andrew was on time and the work was perfectly done. The driving difference is immediately noticeable. There is no hesitation when shifting to reverse and there is absolutely no stuttering in the transmission. I do little fixes but anything I can't do it myself, this is my go-to Audi Shop.

Sean is the real deal! Took my '95 Jaguar XJS classic V6 Convertible to him for diagnose an exhaust problem and he sent me home with $55 worth or fuel enhancements and a promise to return in two weeks to determine if they'd done the trick, all for nothing but a friendly handshake. Two weeks later I was back (the exhaust problem still unresolved) and he spent a day to resolve the issue for an expense 55% below the price suggested by the dealership at Cherry Hill Jaguar. Sean and his crew are honest, genuine and talented.

Shawn took the time to explain every detail and then called a short time later with quotes. There were no hidden costs or additional "oh by the ways". He checked to see if a part was covered under a recent recall, then drove my car over to Mercedes Benz dealer and got it replaced. His prices are middle of the road compared to the other estimates I received and the customer service was top notch. I will never take my Benz anywhere else. Desi Auto Care has won my business.

I started going here for regular maintenance routine on my '04 Land Rover Discovery when I moved out in Blackwood. Last time I went for brake issue, Andrew showed me that my brake pads were very much worn (Only 10% left) and changed them the same day. I also have been there for other major repairs and he always sticks to the estimate he have you sign when dropping the car off. There are never any hidden fees at the end.

After bringing my Mercedes Benz CLA-250 into his shop, Chris spent half a day o figure out what was the issue/wrong. Unfortunately, the car was shot and rather than trying to sell me on a huge repair job, he was honest and said it was not worth it unless Mercedes picked up the tab. He felt so bad for me that decided to -undercharge me. I would highly recommend Desi Auto Care to anyone.

My Land Rover Discovery started making a crazy noise. I thought my car was going to break down any minute. Also out of warranty last month before, so I was thinking the worst. I called them and Emily said the soonest they could fix any issue would be a week away, but offered to have me bring it down so they can tell me what the problem likely is and whether or not I should keep driving in the interim. So, I took it down to their place. Chris heard the sound, and began to diagnose it. Less than 10 minutes later, he took out a 3 pebbles from my tire rim! I was so grateful that he was honest and didn't tell me I needed a new engine because, let's face it, no one knows whether a repair shop is telling the truth.
