I started coming here year ago when I bring my old 2008 Jaguar X-type here. Lesile was able to fit my car in really quickly. The day of the appointment she actually took me into the repair bay and Andrew showed me what was going on with the heavy oil leak and explained the problems to me. Andrew also worked with me to create a maintenance schedule. Customer service and quality of work far EXCEEDS any Jaguar dealer.

I went there to replace Crankcase Vent Hose on my SAAB. Technician helping me was Andrew - super friendly. Leslie at the front desk offered me snacks and drinks. Andrew did a great job finding Oil Leaks and replaced the necessary parts (Its hard to find Saab parts, since there no more in business) If anyone owns.Saab, DESI is the place to go. It's their specialty!

Everything as promised, no upselling. If you ask he will show you digital photos of repairs. You get what you pay for. Hi-tech professional service here for my Land Rover. He resolved my complicated electrical issue last week. Just because you drive a late model Land Rover does not mean the parts & service is going to be magically less expensive. Consider buying a Toyota Camry that you can take to Mr. Tire and Monro. Oh! And the cost of real services at Desi Auto Care are very reasonable-Visit and see yourself. Well organized shop I have ever seen.

THANK YOU DESI AUTO!! I had been quoted $8,900 by the Land Rover dealer in Cherry Hill to replace my radiator and fix a reoccurring coolant light issue. I went to Desi Auto and Shane quickly diagnosed and explained my vehicle needs and it WAS NOT the radiator. I had to leave my vehicle over nite and Shane brought me home, only to find out we are actually neighbors. My quote was 1/4 what I was quoted at Land Rover and included new front brakes, fixing my coolant leak and an oil leak. I am forever grateful of the honesty and expertise provided. The service I received from Emily was impeccable and everyone should discover this place. My RR with 51,000 now runs like new. I will NEVER set foot in another Land Rover dealership again for service. This is the place for me and my Rover! Thank you, Shane! Good karma will always come to you!! I will tell everyone about you and will be back if I ever have any issues in the future. You are the definition of GOOD PEOPLE! THANKS SO MUCH!!!

I was offered a 1996 BMW 525i from a relative. It clearly needed work so I brought it to this shop. Sean was very forthcoming about what was right and what was wrong with the mechanics of the car. He explained in details why what would likely have started as a normal old car job could easily go into something bigger, because of the age of the car and how the systems were engineered. I was highly pleased with the cost and benefits of the repair. Furthermore, I observed, as i was waiting in the office, his polite customer service with other customers and i would highly recommended going to this place. It is very clear and I am not the only one who appreciates his professionalism.

Desi Auto Care is a great shop! From the moment I called to make my appointment to the walking in the door, getting my Mercedes Benz ML-350 repaired and picking up. It was a positive experience, Mechanic who worked on my car explained everything and did a great job fixing all the issues. I received coupons in the mail from them, which impressed me, they care about their customers. Sam is very personable. I will be taking my M-B here from now on.

Well, I just took my car there for very heavy oil leak and Check Engine sign ON. Fearing the worst, Chris fixed my issues and came under the quote. He was friendly and professional. I was very happy with the service done. He also gave me a few things to watch out for...but didn't try to scare me. All work is done with 2 years warranty. They're busy, I recommend to get an appointment before you go.

I had recently bought a used 2013 Mercedes Benz GLK350 and called several places to see if they can fix vibration in steering column. Andrew was the only one who knew what he was talking about and knew exactly what the issues could be. I went in again for the second time to get extra services for motor mounts replacement and now it's running excellent as he recommended. I would skip all the dealerships and o to Desi Auto Care for better price and service

One very hot-humid day the trunk door would not open. I called the shop and Leslie asked me to just bring in car for checkup and all was done at a very reasonable cost by 3:30pm. It was hassle free! Taking my car for full service to them again cuz I’m very happy with superfast service.

I needed to leave my vehicle overnite and Shane drove me home only to find out we are actually neighbors. :) I will tell everyone about this place. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Shane and Emily. These are sincerely nice people who are not out to “rip” you off. The service I received was the best EVER from any service ever. I will never set foot in a Land Rover dealership again. Desi Auto will forever be the place for me and my Range Rover. Thank you Desi Auto for being honest, fair and making my 2011 RR with 51,000 miles feel brand new again. I love and appreciate you guys!!! Good to know kind and honest service still exists!!
