I found my go-to shop! My window regulator became dead and the window was stuck open...while it was heavy raining outside. Sean was able to get me in and out in less than an hour and was very friendly to work with. He used to work at BMW dealership (He is the BMW expert!) and explained everything before completing the car repair. I will definitely be coming back to Sean at Desi Auto Care as needed. I appreciate the way I was taken care of.

I was referred to this Desi auto care from a friend who owns Volvo. I went to them after I was told by Volvo dealer that my car had a “HUGE” rack & pinion leak (among more repairs) I brought it instead to Desi for a 2nd opinion. Ryan looked at my car for the “leak” and ran diagnostics. He reassured me that I did NOT have a leak and my Volvo S80 - T6 was fine. He told me, down the line I will need thermostat replaced but it was nothing to worry about and nothing that needed to be done right now. I was so shocked that he did all this for free and on the same day I called.

My BMW who is coming on 12 years old (read menopause years). Desi Auto Care had done needed fixes and replacements. They’ve done everything from oil changes, replacing control arms, and recently my alternator. Each time I’ve satisfied that my car was fixed appropriately and I was treated with honesty. This is a shop you will walk away with a little more dough in your pocket than you otherwise would. Go talk to Shawn or Ryan.

Sam always call me on status update & helped me work with BMW Dealer when they were giving me the run around to fix Exhaust Smoke issues under warranty. Plus, he donates to a School charity!

Honest! I finally receive a recommendation from my neighbor to go to Desit Auto Care. There were a few things wrong with my Mercedes SL500: oil light was on, service engine soon was on, and I had been told (by old mechanic) that my front right CV joint needed to be replaced (back in August). I dropped my Benz off early Tuesday morning, and will admit that I was a bit sketched out to be taking my car here. I left with a feeling of dread because I was sure they were going to over charge me for everything and I would be out $1000 at least. They didn’t call until 1pm and I was sure they were going to tell me that the axle needed to be replaced instead of just the CV boot joint. Instead I was pleasantly surprised! They called to say that they looked at my car inside and out, and they could not find ONE thing wrong with it. The CV joint made no noise while driving it, there were no crack on it at all and they no idea why I was told it needed to be replaced. He pointed out some other issues (power steering would need to be flushed at the next oil change, the belts are starting to show some very fine cracks etc.) but his recommendation was that there was nothing wrong with my car. Ryan couldn’t find anything to repair on (besides suggesting next service at 85K miles). Just Amazing!!

I was out of town and on my way back to Rowan, my car started running very erratically. It was 1 o’clock in the afternoon; I started calling to see if someone could check my Volvo immediately. Sam at Desi Auto Care was the only guy who was willing to check my car right away. I drove it to them and they had the problem diagnosed with in 15 minutes - a bad coil. $63 later, I was back on the road to Rowan by 2 o’clock. They’re professional, helpful and masters of their craft. I will always remember how they were so willing to get me out of a jam on such short notice. If you live in South Jersey try Desi Auto Care They are awesome. Recommended

Chris was very helpful! My daughter was trying to get her car's air emissions checked and the gas tank cover was stuck and would not open. (Of course! it was the last day before the sticker expired) We just swung in and he came out and worked at it and was finally able to get it open. Just did it out of the goodness of his hearts on a rainy day and when we were in a pinch! I recommend Desi Auto Care.

I have pretty heavy vehicle anxiety from accidents, yet rely on my JAGUAR as my transportation, so when I suspect there's problem, I know I can count on Desi Auto Care. I took it in today and Chris ran a diagnostic and found a sensor fault that he was able to clear and so helpful in easing my anxiety over my 2014 XJR. Telling me what to look out for in the next few days as I drive it until I can schedule an appointment for it to be serviced. Sam always gives 2 years warranty on repairs. I highly recommend for your Jaguar needs.

it's very loud squeaking funny sound while driving to work. I took my 2010 Volkswagen Passat to DESI. Chris diagnosed the "issue" told me it was my alternator, and suggested that I fix a few other things. I approved the job on alternator, clutch fan and new drive belt. Got my car back all issues were resolved. They are "honest and care about their customers". ALWAYS!
