My warranty finally expired so I brought my Volvo to Desi Auto Care for brakes. The car was “flashing” at me with the warning light that said my brakes were at the minimum and needed to be replaced ASAP! I was ready to pony up the $$$ because the brakes had not been replaced since I bought the car. Leslie called me the Saturday to let me know that my brakes were fine and that it was just the sensor that needed to be replaced. She said when I bring it back for the next service we’ll check them again or we can replace sensor.(It wasn’t an emergency, so I will wait until next service-Thnx!)

They have done three repairs for me and found a way to repair my dash electronics (it had to be sent to out of state) for less than half the cost; which was the only choice at a Volkswagen dealer.

Came in to this shop with a number of problems in my Jaguar XF V6. I needed motor mounts, CV axel and a couple other stuff. Sean helped me out big time and made my car drive right again. Great mechanics and No B/S.

Never wrote a review before but they deserve it. Got the grill on my BMW X5 changed and they did a fantastic work, I could not be happier. The services performed and customer service was friendly. Absolutely would recommended this wonderful establishment.

At Walmart parking I got wheel to curb smack down. Car was pulling to left and all kinds of alarms on the dashboard of my Volvo XC90 went on. Car is still under warranty I brought it to Cherry Hill Volvo and initial $150 charge; they came back with an estimate over $7400 with major parts needed replacement. I was stunned!
My neighbor has brought his car here and he concurred it was a good shop for Volvo repair. Informative crew; bottom line is that several parts that Volvo dealer told me needed replacement DID NOT NEEDED and they repaired my car for a fraction of the cost! There was a one day delay with the diagnostics than originally promised to me, but in sum, a great experience and major $$$ saver!!

Expert honest service

On my second visit for maintenance service, I walked in and Sam remembered me, my dog, my name and my car. Again his mechanic went above and beyond. I have an M performance PKG that makes my bimmer little bit lower than others. Couple of times I misjudge the height of multi-story car parking at my job and parking guard my front bumper parking guard had very much pulled loose. He took the time to fix it for me. Thank you for extra care!

Two weeks ago my car went into limp mode. I was peeved. Andrew did a full diagnosis, narrowed the issue down to 3 things and got to work on more depth. With 2 of the options eliminated, he knew it needed to replace transmission wiring harness. He order one and realized that he could not reach 3 of the connectors (located under the car but in top of the transmission) very smartly he resolve the problem. Job done on time as he promised.

It was a minor repair on my BMW 535i, Sam refused to my offer to pay for his services, saying, “you are a regular client, so don’t worry about it.” Seriously? Mechanic spent 45 minutes figuring out what needed to be done and then fixing the issue. You just don’t get that type of service very often. While I hope that we have no major mechanical issues with my bimmer. You can be sure that we’ll be back to Desi Auto Care if we do.

I have a friends/family of Porsche’s (myself, my friend, his sister, and my sister as well) and we all go to Sam. Never felt pressured into a purchasing a repair service or a parts. Always top quality work. “They don’t do any Mickey Mouse over here.” I have been to a Porsche shop” in the Philadelphia. Thanks Sam for taking care of my cars and my family.
