Desi Auto Care provides high level quality auto diagnostics and repair for a very fair price. Andrew did an awesome job diagnosing an electrical issue with my SAAB 9-7X and I really appreciate the time and attention he gave to my car. I highly recommend the business if you are looking for great service for your BMW, Audi, Mercedes, Land Rover, VW. Repair shops for luxury cars are hard to find and Desi Auto Care is one of the best I’ve been to. They’re the consummate professionals and treat their customers accordingly. I had been looking for an auto repair facility that is good as the dealer without the cost or dishonesty of a dealer sell you repairs you don't need. Desi Auto Care is the one. Growing up my family owned an auto repair shop so I know when someone is BS'ing me. I'm now the owner of Software Company and take all my (Audi Q4-BMW 7 series) German cars here. Rachael will accomodate me ASAP whenever I need help. I have asked for repairs from Andrew and he point blank told me that you do not need to do it now, rather than the dealer just selling another job. He is as good as dealer and very busy all the times. Great prices, honest service you can trust... Yes, I would send my 83 year old mom there and not worry about her getting too off.

Desi Auto Care really helped us (on Saturday staying very late) going out of their way to fix a suspension problem the day before leaving for a 1200 miles family road trip to Mississippi. Every time we have dealt with them they have been honest and no-nonse. They already are getting a more business from our friends and employees from our construction company in Washington Township.

Now I drive (A5 Cabriolet 2.0T) a used 2010 Audi and I've brought it in here for repairs-maintenance a few times in 7 months. The mechanics are always detailed at communicating with me, super fast with diagnosing the problems (misfiring cylinder, and shot alternator and a busted starter have all been things they've taken care for me), and repairing with affordable replacement parts. They make it easy to drop off your vehicle if it breaks down at an inconvenient time (when would be convenient, really?) Shawn is happy to explain detailed problems to me so that I understand my Audi even better than I did when I brought it in. I'm so happy to have found this great Audi specialized shop in Stratford. It is a thing of beauty to watch Shawn chase down a complex problem in a complex car like Audi A4 Avant! He knows how to isolate issues and how to fix them and he is street smart! He diagnosed an intermittent electrical failure to a corroded connector in the engine wiring harness and, rather than replace the very expensive wiring assembly. He created a solid work-around, thus fixing the issue and saving me a lot of money. Also he traced a fuel problem to an electrical connector on the fuel pump. We had the fuel pump replaced in July at an Audi dealer (Wilmington, Delaware) and their mechanic had clearly bent the fitting during testing so that, with the passage of time, the connection to the fuel pump was broken and the car would not run. Shawn straightened the connector and like magic- the A4 started immediately and runs better than before. I travel from Delaware to here and it's worth my trip. Try it! You will be amazed and delightened. Recommended
