I brought my BMW E46 there after getting the transmission failure? The dealer wanted few thousand to replace the SMG Hydraulic pump and it was out of stock for a month. Shawn was able to quickly source and install a new pump at a fraction of the cost. Dealers use scare tactics that small independent shops can't handle the electronics. Don't fall for that tactic. Friendly folks!

5+ Stars!! I have a 2005 BMW and Every time I have repair service done like water pump or brakes they do a perfect work at a great price. It is refreshing to have real mechanics know what to do and to do only what is needed. Sean tells it truthfully and it's reassuring driving an older BMW they are there to keep it going.

My brother is the "mechanic" in the family (BMW, Infiniti and Porsche) whenever he gets stuck or the repair requires more equipment than he have at home, our cars are taken to Desi Auto Care. We tend to keep our cars rather than treat them like Dixie cups. Maintenance and repairs are important to us.

I called Desi because my Lexus was shaking. Sam wasn't sure what it'll be so he advised me to call AAA tow it in. Am I lucky I did! Come to find out Mr. Tires Auto Service Center had not tightened the bolts to a new tires i bought and I was driving on only two bolts. He was an actual life saver! Sam didn't charge me for bolts and they checked out the rest of the car. I'm fortunate!

It has been about two years now. Working with Shawn on lots of Land Rover-Discovery issues (major & minor) Top notch, the best I could ever expect from a business person. He takes pride, provides friendly service, and even does not mind the "annoying" issues and fixing them for me and my family. If you have a European/German vehicle that needs any service, just email him or call. He'll figure something out and a fair price vs. other shops. Compare yourself.

I took my 2008 BMW M5 in for a Pre-Purchase Inspection Andrew looked under the car on the lift and Inspected All Components and even clean up some of the oil I spilled and Top me off with Oil !

I was visiting NJ when my Acura broke down. Called up these guys, they replaced the water pump and tensioner pulleys. Dropped my car off at 10am (they even dropped me off at the mall :) parts were delivered within 2 hours and I was on my way home by 5! With 2yrs/24K miles warranted work, they are fast, honest and reliable.
