Neither window works up or down no noise at all when switch is pressed. Dealer diagnose this: the driver door module is bad, problem of wiring harness between the driver's door and chassis, and the body control module has failed, asking for serious money. I'm glad I got 2nd opinion. Desi auto care resolve problem by replacing two fuses F46 and F41, cost me almost nothing. These mechanics are Bimmer lovers.

New to South Jersey and need a trustworthy BMW mechanic. After calling several places, I decided to give Desi Auto Care a try. Loved Shawn from the get go. Easy to talk to, very professional and patiently worked with me. Went in to get brakes done (which I was quoted at least $200-260 more at other German shop) but turns out I didn't need them replaced (faulty computer warning). He did find other legit problems (which I was fully aware of but had put on hold due to the move). Have no hesitation with dealing with Desi Auto Care. Grateful to find someone who'll take care of my 535xi and not gouge me. Thank you Shawn:)

Our 530i was overheating and I couldn't figure out. I called Desi and mechanic told it could be the electronic water pump and to bring it on down. I told him it was being towed and he said don't worry, text me the details and he will handle it everything! He kept me up to date the whole way and his price was right, didn't try to play me. He even looked over the rest of the motor and told me what to look out for. Rachael was informative/great customer service. This team absolutely kicks a** and will not go to another shop as long as I own Beemer.

Quite frankly I'm pleased with Sean, very accommodating and straight out honest and confident at what he does. If you're looking for decent pricing like me, try this place. I found Desi Auto Care by default as I used to take my 2007 X3 to dealer until things got somewhat FI$$HY. I don't regret making the switch to Desi and Crew since they are straight up with their quotes (in writing) accessible via text/email, offer solutions for your BMWs problems (instead of just pointing faults out or even making problems up) and they also do their best to get me in/out same day whenever possible, and with the best service possible. Really! As a female, I can tell you that I felt especially savvy like any BMW owner might be at first-hesitant to ask questions.After over a year of taking my X3 to Desi Auto Care for everything from oil changes, to check engine indicators, drive by diagnostics, or even looking at my tires for replacement, I am convinced these guys are the mechanics for my BMW now and in future.

I've brought my '08 Audi A4 in twice, once when I first bought it (used) and has some starter problems and recently due to a check engine light. Ever since the light came on, the car failed to shift into gear. Anyhow, Shawn was great! He was able to evaluate it correctly, and while it was an expensive repair, it wasn't worst case scenario like bad transmission. The one thing you look for, especially in German mechanic is - HONESTY. I felt that he is a genuine guy, who happens to be an expert in his craft. I would sure recommend this shop for anybody looking to get their Audi repaired, I am scheduling an appointment to get my BMW (my 2nd car) tune-up in Oct.

My car had a service engine indicator on and naturally I needed to pass emission test soon to renew my state inspection. After running a diagnostic myself I found out there was some kind EVAP leak and it could be a number of different problems. I took my car to several different German shops before determining Desi Auto Care had the best price and outstanding service. Mike seems incredibly knowledgeable and honest. Rachael who was working the reception also very pleasant and straight forward. It only took a few hours and I headed over to the DMV and renewed my inspection. I've had a good BMW experience with these guys. Brought in my M3 telling them I was pretty sure the power steering pump had failed and they needed to replace it (about $900 job). Rachael called later on: "No, a clip broke, we replaced it, and its $38 They could've easily taken advantage of me, leveraging my own assumptions against me, but they dealt with me honestly instead. Their scheduling is prompt and efficient, I never worry or fret when I bring my car to Desi - there's a lot of value just in that!
