Andrew fit my Jaguar V8 in when it started making a grinding noise- it turned out I needed a new fuel pump. He always treats me (and my family I've suggested bring their cars to him) with professionalism and respect. He's never talked down to me because I'm not car savvy. Yes, he's busy and he can't always take your vehicle immediately, so make an appointment, you won't be disappointed with the quality of the work.

Went in for a diagnostic on my hardtop for my Mercedes-Benz SL500. I was expecting the possibility of a major bill. They were honest with the work and the bill wasn't much more then the diagnostic. I will definitely be going back if I have any other issues. Very satisfied with their work and professionalism.

Had an issue with my Jaguar XKR Friday after grocery shopping. Water pump and battery sensors lit up. I open the hood and noticed the belt came off. Also, fluids leaking from under the Jag. Not a good sign! Parked the car at Shoprite parking lot. Katelyn said can have the car towed to their auto shop but can't promise that I'll be fix same day. She calls me back with an estimate. I approved the work to be done. My car is running perfect again! THANK YOU1 for the exceptional service that you folks provide!

After my BMW was towed in, he sent me a detailed estimate and will go over his diagnosis and likely causes of my trouble. My car had two fans that had failed and melted the fuse box, causing it to overheat. My estimate was detailed and he explained that he could just order the melted fuse box and see if that worked, but likely the fans were bad and then I'd have to wait again for those parts to come in, so I approved the fuse box and the fans job for my BMW. Sure enough, once he took them out, he was able to confirm that they were bad. I promised you will never be disappointed.

After coming home from long trip my transmission started locking up and wouldn't shift. I took it to Desi Auto Care and expecting to have to pay thousands of dollars for a new transmissio. Instead, Chris ran a diagnostic and told me that I had a bad relay. Total bill for parts labor $47.

What a great place! Made an appointment online and then followed up with a phone call to confirm (I forget the receptionist/cashiers name, but she was very pleasant). Dropped the car off the night before and saw there were other cars waiting for service. Thought my car would be there all day (like most service centers), but received a call mid morning saying my car was serviced and checked out, stem to stern. When I went to pick it up, Chris came over and explained everything that was serviced and made a few recommendations for preventive maintenance. Better than any dealer service, it was service like we used to get (big smile with 2 thumbs up). Highly recommend.
