A great mechanic that specialized in Mercedes, right here in South Jersey! I've taken my Mercedes Benz here twice for service A and B. Each was done at a considerably lower price than the dealer estimate, and they had esoteric manufacturer parts in-house that even the dealer didn't have. Shawn is a Mercedes enthusiast technician. and it really shows that he cares for your Benz. I was running Really late due to Walt Whitman Bridge traffic and he stayed 45 minutes after his closing time, (to meet me personally) so that i could explain my Mercedes problems. Wow!

I really appreciate that this Mercedes Master Technician (Sean) takes the time to meet one-on-one. He is exceptionally thorough on every visit, presents the potential mechanical problems at hand, gives you options and weighs the pluses and minuses, provides clear pricing, and then patiently discuss anything else that may be going on with the vehicle (without trying to sell you anything) Top notch Mercedes Benz service.

i'm a mechanic myself but didn't have the tools necessary to do the Mercedes work myself. Their service was able to receive my Mercedes Benz, give me a ride back to work, complete the repair and charge me FAIR PRICE all within same day. Union Park BMW Wilmington, Delaware wanted to charge me $1000 for new transmission connector sleeve, They also wanted to charge me $300 for cabin filter and oil change. Plus I have to listen to BMW's continual BS and satisfaction survey harassment. So I took my car to Desi Auto Care, a very well-known BMW specialist shop in New Jersey. The new transmission connector sleeve and the cabin filter and oil change (Shawn the great guy!) He charged me total $428. From my home in Delaware to Desi Auto Care is 90 minutes one way, but who cares? I will drive happily to this honest shop. My Savings: $872 Genuine shop for BMW lovers!

i found DESI (The Acura Specialists) on Google. I decided to call as my ACURA was making a Very loud rattling sound. Also my battery just died. I was worried I'd have toi replace my alternator. So I called and spoke to Shawn. He was very professional when setting up the appointment. I took it in and after diagnosing it they showed me what they found 1. My water Pump needs to be replaced 2. I had the crank seal leaking and 3. they didn't know yet what was "drawing" my battery. So they took 2 days to test all wiring and lights and factored it was my Bluetooth and Garage Wiring. They could pf easily been dishonest and told me to replace my alternator! They gave me a Very fair price too! $485 for all of that!! Now my ACURA is puuuring like a cat! They have a so many loyal customer moving forward.

I brought my husband's ACURA TL-S for a clutch job the dealer wanted $3100 for. Desi Auto charged us 45% less than that and didn't make us change the flywheel like shop in Sicklerville (the worst place!) Wanted us to. We also got B1 service done and it was $80 compare to $250 that the dealer charges for same thing. My sister also brought her BMW here and has had a good experience. I wholeheartedly recommend. Also do call in advance. They are owesome and laid back to deal with. Lots of Free snacks-coffee-soda-candy-courtsey shuttle. 24, miles/ 24 months warranty including parts & labor and their prices are always cheaper than alternatives.

As someone who knows little about cars, I always trusted my dad's advice on car mechanics. When I moved from upstate NY and was looking for another mechanic, Google helped me find these BMW guys, so I gave them a try. I called my dad to discuss the problem of BMW, the suggested repair, and the price. He thought it seems quite reasonable. I've since taken my BMW there few times, and they've always given me quotes that my dad agreed sounded reasonable. Recently I lost my dad and was confused having to deal with car maintenance without being able to discuss it with him. But these guys had already proven themselves to be honest and reliable, and as a bonus, they're cheerful and friendly and willing to explain what they're doing. It's real - It's Female Friendly auto repair shop ! Thanks a ton, guys !

I actually didn't get any work done, but that's why I'm writing this. Desi Auto Care is SUBARU Specialist . When he looked at my 2007 Subaru, the repairs needed were so expensive that he actually talked me out of spending that much money on the car. Remember , he fixes cars for living. I seen parking lot and all six garage bays full with cars, That speaks itself of shop's reputation. I can praise all day long to his honesty and integrity....

Shawn and Sam are the Mechanic/Owners you would want to go to. Shawnn was such a great help. He thoroughly explained what was going on with my car. They are trustworthy, reliable, and helpful! Really great Customer Service!!! Also, the place looks really nice and clean compared to other mechanic shops I have seen. I really recommend this place. I will only be coming here from now on!
