My dealer began with the starter, then with some wires, and finally having to call in the BMW engineers (the folks who build BMWs) they run test after test, and after three weeks mechanic told me that they need to drop the transmission and pull the flywheel. It was going to total to over $6k in parts+labor, which I was willing to pay as long as they guaranteed that it would fix the issue.I asked for the car back and took it to Sean (based on referral from my ex) Sean found a ground problem on three bolts of the transmission within 1.5 HOUR! While I was in waiting room. His experience with BMWs is exemplary for all shops and ENGINEERS to follow. He is very unique guy, which he works on your as if it were his own! He is also very understanding and works with you on fair prices. I ended getting work done to transmission axle, the transmission grounding issue and the shocks on the hood, and only paid $490!!! Huge difference from $6000.
