Stratford Auto Repair

My (new to me) 2005 BMW wouldn't start after weekend. Sean patiently explained what might be the cause and how to get it going again. When a simple jump didn't fix it, He walked me through a few additional checks. as it turns out, it wasn't completely in "park" so the car wouldn't turn over. it was a simple fix that was diagnosed over the phone. As of now I didn't even visit this shop yet. I'll be taking my next repair/maintenance to Sean at D E S I Auto care for such helpful advice.

Since few days brakes making noise, and now my 2008 Acura-TL engine light came on and I had AAA towed to DESI. They called me back after a couple of hours and told me to call the last place I had the repair done at to see if the repair they did is under warranty and have them fix problem. Sam is truly honest bcoz he could have taken from me some $$$ Sean-Master Tech. also said my brakes were fine and didn't need replacing. I asked if I need it towed to the previous shop or can I try driving it? He said he will test drive it and see. He did all this for nothing but for a good reputation. Wow! Its hard this day and age to find trustworthy mechanic. I'm so happy I found him online by fluke! Anymore Acura repair and I will start driving toward DESI.

Professional and accommodating.

Went here a few months ago and forgot to write this review (what??). I needed a routine tire rotation, spin balance and needed the brakes checked for my '06 LX-470 Lexus. My stepdad was a mechanic for over 26 years, so any work that I need done comes with a full background of price for for parts and labor as well as mechanics time required for the repair. Obviously, this was not a major repair but they were right in line with the price and got me in quickly. They're specialized in Lexus (in case if you want to go)

I had my 2002 bmw taken in couple of weeks ago for an oil change and brake job(brake&rotors). shawn was very honest and price was exactly what I was quoted on the phpne. My wife will be taking his lexus in for an alternator & wiper motor job next week. it was definitely worth the drive from cinnaminson, nj

I had BMW vandalized and needed to get it repaired so I could use it. This BMW repair shop I talked to Sam who assisted me by trying to find parts and save some money as compared to what a dealership quoted. Sam made numerous calls as the main parts was difficult to find, but his persistence paid off. I was able to get it fixed for 1/3 the cost. I dropped the BMW off at 10:00 a:m on Monday and it was finished by 4:00 p:m on Wednesday.

They did a great job!

We just got new tires there. They did fine! I would recommend them, but we only have the one experience and no mechanical work done.
