've been going to DESI since 2016, first with my BMW and now with my Audi Q7. I can't rave enough about DESI, No bull here-Shawn's prices are GREAT, very trustworthy BMW-Audi mechanic!

I brought my Audi A7 (5yrs. Old) to get a new exhaust and muffler installed. Rachael was able to fir me into her books to have the work done before my travel to Chicago. Also he fixed air suspension and the pipe, because it was just a bit low. I'm giving this Desi-Audi shop 5 stars for two reasons, (1) Shaun followed up and asked how happy I was with the work (2) when I told him about my minor problem of air suspension, without hesitation, he asked me to bring it in to get it adjusted. Timing, Customer satisfaction, and Pricing was more than awesome in my books.

Took my 09 BMW X5 here on Fri to get my alternator replaced. My car was done in timely manner. Such a friendly guy! Fair pricing! I will be going back here next to check my brakes. I'd appreciate it.

Had an issue where BMW would not start. The shop in Bordentown that "supposedly" also "specialized" on Bimmers told me that it is my crank sensor, and even told me that my self installed HID and is giving false reading. So, of course I paid them to fix it even removed the HID I installed. After 4 days, it happened again and even stalled me on NJ TPK 95 near exit 32. Had it towed to Desi Auto care and Andrew already knew it was my fuel pump. I approved the job and currently I'm happily driving in NY without any issues.

After getting numerous astronomical quotes and crazy hours in labor, I was referred to Desi Auto Care in Stratford by my nephew-jimmy. We took our BMW here to have the clutch replaced and power steering issue. Pricing was more than fair and he was fast. Sam was easy to do business with. The BEST service experience ever! They're highly skilled in servicing BMWs and value your relationship with them.

Not only did Desi Auto Care in Stratford replace the wrong oil pan plug (installed by my previous mechanic) with the correct one, they re-threaded the pain and lined it so it wouldn't corrode/leak/crack, or cause any other problems. Thank heavens! They also diagnosed complicated electrical problem ( I was avoiding from long time) you get an honest assessment of your BMW's needs. They will learn my repeat business!

The Best! I've taken my car to Sean on multiple occasions for both oil changes and scheduled services on a 2013 Land Rover Discovery - LUX. He took great care and uses all OEM products,answered all of my questions, and delivered the vehicle as promised. He has even come under the quote for an oil leek which I had them repair. Honest man and do NOT do unnecessary repair. And all of his repairs were done right the first time. Also,I got window control fuse from him and he gave it to me for 27 bucks (at cost). Last week when I took it to the dealership they told me it would cost 364.00$ I recommended them to anyone seeking good service/prices. I don't go mom and pop shops, but Desi Auto Care is exceptional.

I've taken my Sport-HSE 2012 (Land) Range Rover in for regular maintenance, breaks, bushings, window actuators, belts and fluid flushing. There's no BS from these guys about what I need to get done. My latest fix was for a check engine light that turns out was just a $12 vacuum hose. Kinda expected stuff like that to break down since I'm at the 107,000 miles mark. I'm pretty sure if I went to the dealer they would have found something here and there to charge me thousands of dollars. Overall Sam has the "friendly Land Rover shop" feel. I drive here from Toms River and tell all my friends and relatives with German cars to go to Sam for any out of warranty repairs and maintenance.

I've used Desi Auto Care since I've had Land/Range Rover Sport HSE. Ryan performed all the work on my vehicle from changing belts, oil changes, camshaft, lifters, valve steam and maintenance. He does a way better job than the dealer and charges a fraction of the price. If you're looking for an independent shop to work on your Rover, he is the man. Their shop is 100% transparent, so it's not like the dealer where they take your car back in repair bay and you assume that they're working on your car. The shop's setup nicely so you can watch the work being done and they definitely takes pride as a Rover specialist.

I took my 2007 Land/Range Rover HSE here for the first time based on recommendations from other Rover owners on an on-line Land Rover forum. It needed a major air suspension and gear box repair. The dealer had quoted me into the $3000's and I was ready. Sean (and Ryan) immediately identified the problem, fixed the car in the time they said, and came back with a final price that was UNDER (yes! I said "under") the original quote! They even told me not to replace a part that they found was actually in good shape. The dealer would have had me fix that and much more... In the end, they saved me $2200 (may be more) over the dealer!
