I took my MINI Cooper to Mount Laurel dealer they giving the run for 6 days and charging me $830 + not fixing my car, I was highly upset. In search of a reputable shop that would not only fix my car, but make me feel good about understanding what was wrong in the first place in plain (non-mechanic) English. My search is over!! I trusted the reviews and let Shawn work on my 2015 Roadster. He not only diagnosed my car in a timely fashion, he kept me well informed of everything that was related to repair. I was very impressed with his knowledge of my vehicle and especially his accuracy as to how long it would take to repair. I picked my car up a few days later and they even offered to stay open a little late for me if I couldn’t make it by closing time of 6pm. I will say after some good MINI conversation with Shawn, he is very friendly! I WILL DEFINITELY RETURN! Thanks Shawn for making a difficult situation more bearable!

I brought my Mini Cooper S to Shawn on a flatbed. It had been joyridden, and the clutch fried. I didn’t know what to expect, but I felt good about these guys. After a pretty swift inspection process, the parts to be replaced included the following: clutch, flywheel, master/slave cylinder, and flex disk. All the parts were necessary; he did not push any extra parts at all. The guys were great with shop-talk, as well.

The crew is fabulous. Shawn and guys are genuinely nice. If you go here, and you have the repair need to be done, they will do the job right and you won’t have to come back. They are like their own mechanic’s YouTube channel. They’ll tell you everything that’s wrong and why it’s wrong and what the history is. I trust only these guys with my 2010 Volvo V70. He repaired in two hours, and I was at home in time for dinner. You can’t beat that.

Thank you for extra bonus - my repair came with a 2 years parts-labor warranty. Shaun show me with tunnel camera where the transmission fluid leak was coming from and fixed the problem next day for a fraction of what BMW quoted me. He explained maintenance problems that if go unfixed, could lead to a more costly repair down the road. He hooked up the diagnostic computer and found a bad o2 sensor which was causing a rough idle. He replaced that and now my baby runs....wow!! I will be back for my BMW and Benz repairs and preventive maintenance needs. "I'll be back" (Terminator Voice)

I live across the street and I read the reviews. I got quotes from other businesses and Goodyear wanted $445.00 for the same repair. All I needed was a camshaft. I have a Nissan 2008 xterra and its 10 years old and never had a major issue. So, the engine light went on and I took it to Desi auto care. I was nervous bringing it to a new repair shop. I was using the same one for 2 years but decided to change. Shawn, the owner told me what to expect, and he was talking to Drew, the mechanic who worked on my car, and one of the ladies from the front office. They wanted to make sure they were on the same page. I think that is wonderful. Great teamwork. My repair was done for $231.00, labor included. What a savings! I highly recommend this repair shop. They have free drinks and snacks as well.

I went in for a repair that required the complete disassembly of my gear shift. I had an appointment but allocated extra time in my schedule for delays. Still, while Sean had been working on an Audi when I arrived he finished that job and began mine within 10 minutes of my appointment and had me driving out the door on time. Not only had he done the job I came for he but fixed a burned out light I had and added a small cosmetic fix. It's an essay finding the shop, if you are going on White Horse Pike. The shop is bright yellow & blue across the Posh Car Wash.

I brought my car for estimate to troubleshoot rolling idle problems + replace all the belts + pump + fan....It was diagnosed by Ryan that the idle control valve was out of range and needs to be replaced. I was quoted fair and he can install in about 30 minutes. Also I was quoted for the belts, timing, water pump, fan clutch and fan. After having a conversation with him, I realized that this is a time consuming repair but team Desi completed repair in about 5 hrs. I do recommend.

According to BMW specialist Ryan, engine coolant leak was developing from the expansion tank resulting in engine overheating. Overheating can cause severe engine damage. Because of cooling system component fails, he inspected the entire cooling system. I know it's not uncommon to find additional component have failed or are leaking. He was honest and told me there was no additional leak or failure. Cheap prices and car was back to me on time as promised.

Took BMW in for replacement of both front and rear axle, front left CV boot, and four new tires as recommended by Mount Laurel dealership back in June. My car was evaluated by Shawn at Desi Auto Care and services were not needed at the moment. He advised me how to determine when the replacement is needed and how many more miles before new tires are needed. TRUST SEAL approved by me!

My Jaguar XJ was acting up,a few times it would feel like the car was dying (No power). On my way to Desi Auto Care my car took a dump on me. I had it towed into the shop (So glad! I just renewed my AAA membership). As I arrived, I explained how my car dying on the freeway (Lose power), so he hooked it and found out my fuel pump went out. He ordered a fuel pump and I decided to come back next day. Overall I had a great experience here. Work came with 2 years parts and labor warranty, and I get a free refreshments. Win win for me! I would recommend this Jaguar specialist shop. Sam's prices are better than dealership for sure.
