I drive or AAA-tow (depending on the issue) all the way from Atlantic County and I will never go anywhere else. I have gotten a whole cooling system put in, battery changed, motor mounts, engine leaks, wheel sensors, fluid flush, oil changes oil pretty much everything and my 2008 e92 M3 is absolutely pristine thanks to Shaun! He is an absolute master of BMW! I have never been this satisfied with a mechanic or received this quality of of service from an auto shop. He really goes above and beyond and it hasn't gone unnoticed! (His parking is full with German cars) I will see you next time around! Recommended

Brought my '09 BMW 335d in for a new A/C belt and diagnose SES light and Ryan knocked it out of the park by diagnosing my car correctly and getting the work done in a timely manner. I will be going back to DESI in the future as needed. Thanks for 2 yrs. warranty!

I called and spoke to Sean about a burnt smell and smoke being emitted from the engine compartment of my 2013 328i a couple of weeks ago. I was planning to schedule an appointment to bring my BMW in but after describing the symptoms to Sean he suggested that I bring the car by so he can take a look and see how serious it was then go from there. He initially did a visual and smell check then suggested that I leave the car there and they will look into further. The next day to my relief, he informed me that the issue was not so serious: I was missing a cap to a valve stem, releasing a small amount of oil to the hot parts of the engine; hence the smoke and burnt smell. He replaced the cap to that valve stem and cleaned up the oil around the surrounding area. I asked Philip how much would it cost and he informed me it was such an easy job that he would feel bad charging me for it. I appreciate that he did not make any definitive statements during the preliminary diagnosis, was up front about when he can further work on the car. I left feeling that the car was in good hands and that I was treated fairly and honestly. A+ business integrity!

I stopped taking my '13 Jaguar XJ to the dealer for regular service and maintenance; there is no need to pay those overpriced services. Desi Auto Care takes care of my car with OEM parts at a fair price.

Sam is the BEST! Honest man for owning European auto repair shop! He'll save your old parts and shows you what they replaced. If you are waiting on the repair, he will bring you out to the garage and show you what his guys are doing. As a woman, I feel really comfortable bringing my cars to him. Too bad I have to make an appointment bcoz they are super busy!

These folks continue to earn my trust. When I took my 328i to BMW dealer they wanted $2,000 in maintenance done (based on my financial status he checked online-without my permission) Walked out highly upset with a $240 repair bill. Then I called DESI with a running light and tire pressure sensor issue. Andrew fit me in within 45 minutes and I drove out without any charge. Light connection was loose (fixed) added a little air to tires and reset sensors. Could not have been happier. Yesterday made another trip to these guys for my brake light. He did diagnostic fixed sensor and reset computer.

I used to take my BMW 328i to dealership before. I took my car to Desi Auto Care for the first time. Ryan checked the car, got back to me very quick and prioritized what needed to be done. Very thorough and professional. He replaced/repaired breaks, brushings, radiator and filter at a very reasonable and fair price. Trustworthy staff, excellent service. If you have a Bimmer don't take it anywhere else. The only place my car will go when it gets sick...
