My air conditioner is only blowing cool air from one vent. All of the others, on 2007 Saab 9-7X front and back seat are blowing heat. Andre said: you likely have a bad blend door or blend door actuator, which controls what temperature of air moves to which location. He tested it with a professional diagnostic computer and told me the actuator of blend doors failed, he fixed it on the same day. A+ positive experience. :D

We purchased '14 Range Rover Evoque in last August. My warranty already expired. When I start smelling gas inside. I feel sick. Called Desi, they found small emission leak. He fixed by 5pm. I ask to replace the break sensor too! Professional shop with the Land Rover Diagnostic systems (Same like a dealer but, you will pay very less!))

Spoke to Sean at desi auto care on a wednesday afternoon to see if he could check out a 2011 Volvo that was for sale (15 minutes away from shop). I told him I was in Chicago and would have the car shipped to me if the car checked out OK. I talked with him for few minutes, he was a quality mechanic running a top shop. He offered to check out the car on Saturday. He text me, and we talked again on Monday. Based on his very through and very positive report, I bought the car sight unseen (!!My family cannot believe this!!) I've had the car now for 2 months and can say his check out report was 100% accurate. Unfortunately I can't be his customer. I'm too far from the shop. If you're reading this and are looking for an experienced, skilled, honest, and personable mechanic with integrity, this is your shop.

He charged me almost 8 times cheaper than the dealer on route 73. Well done job and my Mini runs perfect. Great professionalism in Mini Cooper, he is also a helpful guy. He let me borrow his special flashlight to work inside basement of my house.

I was told ( and read on Google) that my problem was not fixable. There was a warning light for the soft top that was triggered by a micro-switch. On all the Saab boards (it is a 1998-900S) it was recommended to take out the computer and disable to get rid of the tone and warning light. Not only did they clean, lubricate and recalibrate the top, they fixed the problem and the sensor no longer goes off. For this they charged me for one hour of labor. He focuses on solving your problem, not selling you anything you don't need. I now drive all the way from Edison to have my Saab & BMW serviced there-because simply no-one else can do what Sean does.

You know how it feels. It's cold! my favorite VW Beetle Convertible passenger side window stops moving. Quickly I called Volkwagen dealer in Turnerville, they gave me Mega $ quite + telling me it will take a week to repair. I found Desi Auto Care on Volkswagen forum, his price quote I couldn't believe (64% less than dealer's quote), dropped off my VW at 10am on wed, and Sam had it ready by 6pm. The window works super smooth now. He really cares for his customer. Final verdict - Solid guys! Doing solid VW work!

After two frustrating visits to Jaguar-Cherry hill, I found Desi Auto Care and was so happy! They didn't try to push repair on me or give me the run around like it happened at the dealer. During dealer's visit service advisor (he makes nice % commission) told me I had to completely replace both front brake systems and ABS speed sensor and blamed it on aftermarket parts even though I never had anything replaced. I took it to Desi and Sean was able to simply replace the brake pads and my '06 Jaguar is running as good as brand new. His quality of work is definitely worth it. Plus, they often donate to local charities during fundraising. The only negative is that they're not open on Sunday (That's my only day off).

My sister has a not so good habit of keep putting change in the cigarette lighter in her bemmer and shorting out the fuse. Mike always replaces it with pleasure (NO CHARGE!) He will give very knowledgeable info about my BMW repairs and advise me, which repairs are more important than others. If you have a BMW, audi, mercedes, or land rover or any german car this is the place for you!

My 2009 Jaguar XJ battery died this morning and Desi auto care managed to give me a same day appoiment to replace it. They had the kind of battery in stock ( I seen Desi parts room with huge inventory) ready to go and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! All the staff is welcoming and helpful. They remembered me bu name from my last service in July and made exprience very pleasant.
