I found my go-to shop! My window regulator became dead and the window was stuck open...while it was heavy raining outside. Sean was able to get me in and out in less than an hour and was very friendly to work with. He used to work at BMW dealership (He is the BMW expert!) and explained everything before completing the car repair. I will definitely be coming back to Sean at Desi Auto Care as needed. I appreciate the way I was taken care of.

I was visiting a family member who lives in Cherry Hill, NJ all the way from North Carolina. My Audi Q7 started acting really weird and would rev improperly and shift hard. I decided to originally take it to the Audi dealership and they told me I needed to replace my timing chain for $7800. Because of this, I felt I needed to get a second opinion and ended up coming to Desi Auto Care. Shawn must be man who helped me and he was nothing but honest and friendly. He ran diagnostic on my car and found out that I didn't need to replace the timing chain and it was most likely an altitude problem. He reset some codes and my car worked perfectly again on the ride from New Jersey to North Carolina. I wish these guys had a shop in North Carolina.

I have been here before and went today to have my 2014 MINI COOPER-S air bag light reset after i replaced the battery. Shawn personally took care of me asap upon arrival at 9 A.M. After 20 minutes he was done. When I asked what I owed he said "nothing, have a great weekend." Solid Mini repair shop and always fair, they have my business and referral. Thanks Shawn, there is still a good mechanic out there like you.

Sam showed me old parts from steering and brake job of my Volvo XC70. I really appreciated Sam for restoring my faith in repair shop.

'm a Repeat Customer! They're the only SAAB specialist repair shop in my area. They won't nickel and dime you for every little things. He is honest and bend over backwards to help you out when you're in a bind, within 45 minutes he sent a tow truck to rescue me, he even remembers my name and my dogs name. They're hands-down the most amazing mechanics I've ever encountered. Ryan is great to work with. You just don't see customer service like this anymore.

I had 3 German cars brought to DESI. They will never take advantage of me being a woman! Honest service! Already had 5 of our-coworkers referred to this shop. As long as they continue to operate the way they are doing, I'll keep coming back and refer some more! I appreciate Sam for dropping me back to my daughter's home in heavy thunderstorm.

Sean worked on my 2008 SAAB 9-3 I can't recommend him enough. I was on a tight budget to fix the check engine light that came ON because of the electronic throttle body has failed. Also loss of acceleration, failure to idle, problem starting. Sean literally took care of me with less profit% because my safety was more important to him. You just don't find that kind of loyalty in the auto business. He completed A+ work.

Desi Auto Care really helped us (on Saturday staying very late) going out of their way to fix a suspension problem the day before leaving for a 1200 miles family road trip to Mississippi.
