He diagnosed an intermittent electrical failure to a corroded connector in the engine wiring harness and, rather than replace the very expensive wiring assembly. He created a solid work-around, thus fixing the issue and saving me a lot of money. Also he traced a fuel problem to an electrical connector on the fuel pump. We had the fuel pump replaced in July at an Audi dealer (Wilmington, Delaware) and their mechanic had clearly bent the fitting during testing so that, with the passage of time, the connection to the fuel pump was broken and the car would not run. Shawn straightened the connector and like magic- the A4 started immediately and runs better than before. I travel from Delaware to here and it's worth my trip. Try it! Main Consideration: I don't know much about AUDI's repair and need a trusting relationship with my chosen German shop. I highly suggest Shawn; he'll check everything in details. I found out that, my pads/rotors needed replacement. The good news is that Shawn fixed that and replaced all my 4 pads/rotors for a super reasonable price and I was on the road again same day. Earlier in the Aug my daughter's BMW M6 broke down and was towed over to Desi Auto Care. He did a stellar job putting up with my one million questions about repairs.

I brought my Audi A7 (5yrs. Old) to get a new exhaust and muffler installed. Rachael was able to fir me into her books to have the work done before my travel to Chicago. Also he fixed air suspension and the pipe, because it was just a bit low. I'm giving this Desi-Audi shop 5 stars for two reasons, (1) Shaun followed up and asked how happy I was with the work (2) when I told him about my minor problem of air suspension, without hesitation, he asked me to bring it in to get it adjusted. Timing, Customer satisfaction, and Pricing was more than awesome in my books.

Took my 09 BMW X5 here on Fri to get my alternator replaced. My car was done in timely manner. Such a friendly guy! Fair pricing! I will be going back here next to check my brakes. I'd appreciate it.

Had an issue where BMW would not start. The shop in Bordentown that "supposedly" also "specialized" on Bimmers told me that it is my crank sensor, and even told me that my self installed HID and is giving false reading. So, of course I paid them to fix it even removed the HID I installed. After 4 days, it happened again and even stalled me on NJ TPK 95 near exit 32. Had it towed to Desi Auto care and Andrew already knew it was my fuel pump. I approved the job and currently I'm happily driving in NY without any issues.

After getting numerous astronomical quotes and crazy hours in labor, I was referred to Desi Auto Care in Stratford by my nephew-jimmy. We took our BMW here to have the clutch replaced and power steering issue. Pricing was more than fair and he was fast. Sam was easy to do business with. The BEST service experience ever! They're highly skilled in servicing BMWs and value your relationship with them.

Not only did Desi Auto Care in Stratford replace the wrong oil pan plug (installed by my previous mechanic) with the correct one, they re-threaded the pain and lined it so it wouldn't corrode/leak/crack, or cause any other problems. Thank heavens! They also diagnosed complicated electrical problem ( I was avoiding from long time) you get an honest assessment of your BMW's needs. They will learn my repeat business!
