Stratford Auto Repair

It is very difficult to trust Car repair places, but not this one. Totally transparent diagnosis, very efficient mechanics and staff, thoroughly demonstrating knowledge about the Mercedes C 43 that I had brought there for repairs. Very reasonable prices. I saved thousands compared to the dealership. Thank God and thanks to the friend who referred me to DESI Auto Care. Most recommended car shop for German cars.

Battery kept dying overnight and nobody could figure it out before, the team discovered a faulty comfort access module staying awake and draining power. Everything is set👍

The screen would randomly go black while reversing, Judy scheduled me fast and the technicians repaired a faulty camera module connection works perfectly now.

There was an odd sound coming from the engine of my Mercedes. They promptly identified the problem and resolved it that same day. I was grateful for their patience in responding to all of my inquiries.

A humming noise kept getting louder with speed, and the team finished the work and explained the issue clearly!

Noticed a shake while braking downhill, and Josh found uneven rotor wear along with sticking caliper pins that were serviced and replaced.

Love this shop and the workers! Fast courtesy, good work reason prices! And i received a free car wash!

Love this shop and the workers Josh Judy ect! Fast courtesy, good work reasonable prices! And i received a free car wash!

The ride started feeling uneven after winter potholes, and Josh traced it to a failing height sensor and worn suspension bushings

I am so glad I got my car done at this place, The staff was amazing, nice and polite. The mechanic explained to me the issue with my car in a very detailed and with pictures of the internal part that needed to be replaced. Work got in in the same day as I had requested as I had to drive to FL the next day. I highly recommend this auto garage for any of your needs.
